I was surprised how good the sandwich was. The bread was really good and crispy, vegetables were fresh. Only issue is it was kinda expensive for a sandwich and leaked a lot .

One of the worst ordering experiences I’ve ever had - the person taking our order wouldn’t listen to any of our requests. He was constantly putting the ingredients on the wrong sandwich. He got angry when asked to correct it, and when he finally did correct it he used the same sandwich pieces so our two sandwiches basically got blended together. In the end our sandwiches were about 60% correct.

Would give one star, but the sandwiches I’ve gotten here before were actually pretty good - good bread especially. Don’t think it’s worth going when you can get a good sandwich and good customer service at Eastern District 2 buildings down the street.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I’ve had enough now. Every time, and I mean every time I order from here they forget something or leave something off the sandwich. I just popped in for a quick grab and go and they now close at 4pm. Which is not reflected in their posted hours. I love Brooklyn small business but get it together.

If i could give them 100 stars, i would!! From the moment I entered I could tell it was going to be amazing food....and they didn't disappoint!! I've traveled across the US and Japan, and I can say this is the best sandwich I've had to date. Quality products, top notch staff, and family friendly environment.

Tbh the sandwich was fine. But the prices are shocking. I paid $20 for a medium sized turkey ham and cheese sandwich. That’s right. $20 for processed ham and cheese. That’s it. Save your money and go to bagel pub.

Meatball sub was no joke! Very fresh and tasty. Thomas really did his thing on the tuna melt as well. Came all the way from Queens to try out the place and it was worth the whole 1 hour in traffic haha. Definitely coming back
