Came here on a chill Sunday to be completely ignored by the bartender. Arrived and sat down at the bar, was not greeted or given a menu. Minutes later a yt couple came in, they were greeted and given the menu. I spoke up and she pretended not to hear me. Even the man next to me noticed. I just left, I don’t think im the kinda of patron they want to serve.
Amazing sports bar. Plenty of space and more importantly TV's. Including a couch/ projector area in the back. As a vegetarian, food is just ok.Staff is always attentive, always checking in, and doesn't leave you hanging

My girlfriend and I are visiting/staying with my cousins for the weekend and we were looking for a good time, and we ended up at Clara’s last night from about 9-11PM. 10/10 would absolutely go again. The wait staff was friendly and efficient , the bar staff was quick to get everyone what they needed, and the kitchen staff made my girlfriend and what might’ve been the BEST chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. Next time we’re in the area, Clara’s will be revisited for sure!

It's ridiculous to confirm our order 5 times in a row, still get it wrong, and blame me when the food comes out wrong... and then to give me attitude about it plus attitude all around, this place genuinely sucks for $15 wings lmao would much rather go ANYWHERE else, highly do not recommend eating here unless you're a football loving yuppie with no friends and bad taste Edit: after the owner's response on my google review, I'd like to add some more notes. If customer service isn't your strong suit, you shouldn't be in this business. It's not hard to admit your own mistakes. Try losing the attitude and writing down your orders if it's so hard for you to remember them. One of my friends ordered wings and they didn't come out for about 10 minutes, so he reminded one of your servers and he brought them out. Then the owner brought another order out. So before you go and say "hope you enjoyed the free wings your friends took home," don't forget that you tried to charge us for those, gave me attitude about it at checkout, and merely sent them home with us so you didn't have to throw them away. This, however, does not excuse the attitude and poor customer service you provided during our entire visit. Secondly, I didn't get a chance to read your entire first response to my google review, but I'll leave a screenshot of what I was able to see. In response to that response, yeah, of course I ate the wings because I paid $33 for them. And thirdly, I will happily NOT be leaving the city, I think I'll stay in Astoria where the food and service is actually good. Truly, popeye's wings are better than what you're serving, but I think I'll take my money to wingstop before I do Clara's for wings. Lastly, maybe don't use "it's football night so it's gonna be busy, we will not be doing the $1 wing special tonight" as a cash grab just because it'll be busy when that deal is the only reason your establishment has value. Thanks for wasting my money and my time!
This place has pretty good bar food! We shared some wings and fries, I have zero complaints. The wings were meaty and the fries were golden. They don't have much beer on tap though and they weren't really able to make any cocktails cause they ran out of mint at 8pm...but I was able to hear conversation. It wasn't too loud.

This place feels like it had a recent makeover to serve a growing neighborhood customer base that wants to watch sports and eat bar food. They even have a sketchy couch in the back.
