The food was really good, drinks as well….I wish they had some appetizer options since everything tasted so good. It’s a little small but has a cozy vibe. The service was good.

I really enjoyed this unexpected find! We both ordered brunch that included eggs, bacon, maduros, and some other items (but really, who needs more than eggs, bacon, and maduros?!). YUM! Plus service was quick and friendly with a dose of humor as well. My friend and I will definitely be going back!

Great cozy restaurant to have a tasty meal and wonderful service and atmosphere! My mother in law who is Guatemalan loved this place. My husband and I took her for dinner this evening and boy she was in for a treat. She ordered Hilachas which reminded her of Guatemala. My hubby and I ordered Churrasco, which came out hot and seasoned to perfection. We shared an appetizer of Antojitos which was more then enough for 3 to share. Their happy hour was worth the trip, especially after having a Guatemalan coffee martini and delicious lavender martini. I had one lavender and a spicy passion fruit martini. Katherine our lovely server/Bartender took excellent care of us and Mario the chef even came out to talk with us and later treated us to savory mole dessert! We are definitely coming again! Try this warm cozy place, and I promise you will not be disappointed!

A must!!
My sister came here and went I came to town she had to take my here. My husband is from Guatemala and I we have visited the country plenty of times so anytime I can get my fix I Do !
It is a small restaurant but there is three tables for outside dining. Love the design of the restaurant. My favorite areas of design was the bar and restroom.
The service was great and our waitress was very accommodating and attentive.
Now... here is what we ordered and loved!!

Claudia’s has been my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood for some time. The food is delicious and savory, yet is super healthy so can be guilt free (try the garbanzo salad with chicken!)

The Guatemalan theme on many dishes means it’s going to be lean, raw ingredients, and all of the a la carte sides like rice and beans, chorizo, or plantains allow you to load up any plate and everything mixes really well.

My favorite 5⭐️ is still the staff, who I’ve gotten to know and are so sweet and wonderful. We are so lucky to have Claudia’s in our neighborhood.

We come here all the time food is very good most of the time.. but really a small plastic cup of diet Pepsi mostly ice $6.00!! Totally outrageous.. Fish and Chips $31
Most places is 18.00 prices there are out of control.. my salmon. $34 very good, but a kids portion.. so farwell to this restaurant there are so many more to choose from.. the new owners changed it to much.

Authentic Guatemalan restaurant. Some of the most authentic Central American food in East Williamsburg. 100% homemade, family-run. Tamale is incredible, very flavorful. Go here, you’ll be happy you did.

Came here for a late brunch and was honestly unimpressed.

First off, the service here is absolutely awful. No one is friendly, the waiters can’t speak up, and no one checks in on you. I will also note that it was not busy. It took over 15 minutes to get a beer after ordering it. The food came without utensils, which no one seemed to notice until I finally was able to catch the attention of another server. No one checked in on the food to see if it was good or if I needed anything. After finishing my meal I waited another 15-20 minutes for someone to notice, collect the plates, and bring me my bill.

The food itself was honestly very well cooked. I had the carnitas bowl and the meat was perfect as were the eggs. I will note that personally the food wasn’t to my taste, but I can see how others like it (but for the service and pricing I would have given this 4 stars). I will note my bowl had a weird sweet bbq sauce drizzled on it that I didn’t find appealing or in line with the other flavors—I would have asked for Hot sauce if anyone bothered to check in.

Finally, the food and drinks are EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is. This in tandem with the service is a bad combo.
