The empanadas here were fantastic!!! Full to the brim, but not dripping oil everywhere like other places. They were nice and crispy without being burnt, and of course the fillings themselves were soooo tasty. The chipotle shrimp, sweet plantain, and guava + cream cheese empanadas were just perfect, not a single empty space in sight. Every bite had filling. Even my sibling, who can be a bit picky, enjoyed the broccoli cheddar one. ?
I picked up my order, and the lady who helped me was really nice, and let me order extra drinks. Another plus is that each bag is labeled!!! So it was super easy to sort out which was which, vs other places that just put 2-3 different empanadas in the same bag... Just great! And it's not too far away from home, so I will be back!! Thank you!

Cute small empanada shop on the Flatbush strip. The guava and cheese empanada were delicious. Wasn’t sugary or greasy which was perfect for me. Will come back to try the other empanadas.
