Cute little spot on Flatbush with a wide variety of empanadas and other small items. I decided to try the Chipotle shrimp empanada & the Carnitas empanada. The shrimp one has a nice lil spice to it. Good flavor. I was disappointed by the pork. It’s little cube pieces (not shredded) but it had no flavor, no taste, wasn’t even the texture of roasted pork. Maybe it’s frozen pieces idk but they could’ve kept that one. The empanada crust is 10/10. I would return to try other flavors for sure.

The food here is delicious. I tried the white fish empanada and classic cheese. The empanadas are a little smaller than I’m used to but very filling! They’re nice and crisp and not too oily. I also enjoyed the coconut frozen lemonade. The customer service is great too. Edwin was manning the front and he was very patient in explaining the menu and answering questions. I definitely will be back.

My first time this week. I tried a variation of empanadas and all were amazing. All were so well seasoned and the flavors just perfection. My favorite so far plantain and beef. The prices are great. I can't believe I've driven past this place multiple times a week and never knew about it but now that I do I'll be there every week.

Some of the best empanadas I've had. They make a variety of different meats and non-meats. I've only had the meats, and they have never disappointed. The folks at this place are really nice people and do provide excellent service with a smile.

Love all the different types that they offer. I even took some to my fellow teachers and they ask me to bring more all the time. Love the plantain, beef, potato and shrimp. Sumptuous..

A lot of varieties on PASTELITOS, wich is the right name for what they call EMPANADAS. ( Original Empanadas are made out of Casaba,)

Pretty good empañadas and cake! I had plantain, chipotle shrimp, and the pork. I also bought a slice of chocolate cake. Everything was yummy. I can't wait to try the other options. Cute place only take out.

The chicken was so nasty… I don’t know how there’s no flavor no cheese and it was so stale and cold I don’t know how this place got 4.5 reviews but I’ve had so much better

4.50 for 1 empanada that takes 3 bites to finish. As a young lady this just did nothing. I looked up empanadas near me and the photos made it appear as a bigger size. Even so, this kind of empanada should always be at max 2.50 not 4.50 for one.
