I used to frequent this location daily but found that the coffee wasn’t the best, especially for the price. I thought to give them another try this morning before clocking into work. I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte around 9:20 a.m. I got to my job, tried the beverage, and didn’t like it. Due to that, I didn’t even drink a quarter of the beverage. I told myself that I would return to the establishment upon finishing my shift at 3 p.m. I went back around 3:10 and waited to speak to the “lead barista” on duty. I explained to the barista that I didn’t like my beverage and that I would like a refund. The response I received was that because I didn’t come in within a few minutes of my purchase, I would not be able to receive a refund. It was also stated that it would look suspicious to management if they were to initiate the refund, and they would be questioned over it. I asked if they could contact management on my behalf and was told that they rarely come on location and that it would take several days for a response. They did offer to make another drink, but I had spent money on another coffee earlier in the day. I asked if I could get a coffee tomorrow in replacement of not getting a refund and was told that it would not be a guarantee because they may not remember me. To top it all off, they stated that “they just work here and that I have more rights as a customer as they do as an employee”. It’s frustrating that I was offered little to no solution for this issue. Due to that, I will not be returning to this establishment, and I would not encourage others to visit.

Try the rotating single origin espresso on its own or in a cortado. They have a wide variety of pour overs as well and their seasonal drinks are innovative.
Some feedback though, I would go way more often if you used a different pastry provider than La Petit Paris.

If highly overpriced and poorly prepared food and coffee served with an attitude of superiority is your kink, then you’re gonna love this joint.
I had the kickass London fog coffee because the name sounded cool… it definitely lived up to its name. This is my new favorite coffee shop, and the service is terrific! Highly recommend if you want to work, study, or just enjoy a nice breakfast/ coffee spot.

There’s a bathroom and they offer a water pitcher for water. The cold brew however, had an odd aftertaste and didn’t really have much coffee flavor . It’s just mid. It was also VERY hard to find. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a place where you can just add your own creamer and they have to do it for you behind the counter .
The cafe is very nice. Food looks and tastes great, service is fast and good. I’d recommend it✨Cappuccino was really good ☕️ Also they have very convenient menu with picture

One of the worst oat lattes and strawberry matches I've ever had. The espresso was obviously burned and horribly pulled but still served. The strawberry matcha tasted fake and the matcha was grainy. $19 for 2 drinks of this quality is just outright disgraceful.

Always friendly service, but today my baristas outdid himself with a foam Pegasus (see photo).
Nice place to sit, I have almost never felt it was too crowded. Also they have self-service water which I like to see.

Total rippoff. The coffee was ok but the croissant was absolutely stale. Crazy to think they could serve it and charge that much

Worst coffee experience I’ve had in my entire life. At $19 for 2 small ice drinks, the barista acted extremely annoyed when I asked for light ice and said they will have to switch me to a smaller cup. I said I will pay extra so maybe you can give me a little extra drink and less ice? The barista with the curly hair and round glasses made me feel like I am begging him for money and literally could not have acted more annoyed, and bantered with me back and forth before eventually agreeing to charge me an extra shot to give me “light ice”. Unbelievable. If you are charging $8-9 for a small drink please don’t make your customer feel like beggars.
Cherry on top - the same barista who argued with me on “light ice” gave me a broken lid and the coffee spilled all over my white shirt the moment I walked out the door. When I walked back and asked for a new lid, the same barista asked what I needed, then turned around and decided to refill beans and ignored me (no, he didn’t get started on filling until I asked him for a new lid) while I’m standing there with a soaking white shirt. I waited until another barista came over and handed me a new lid - it literally took one second and the other barista was still “filling beans”. Whoever is the guy with curly hair and round glasses - please fire him.
I feel like I was robbed. Please steer clear and don’t support such a horrible business.

Honestly use to love this place. But, they are so over priced now.
Also, just in general had a really bad experience today. When I was ordering my drink, i have a milk sensitivity and so took a while to look at the menu. I saw that switching regular milk for oat milk was an extra $1 and so when I ordered I tried to be super specific and said “I would like a hot chocolate, with oat milk.” I said oat milk separately to be extra specific. And she said ok to the hot chocolate and then ok to when I said oat milk. I paid for everything and was about to walk away, but I saw the barista pull out regular dairy milk, so I double specified to her. “Hey, I ordered this with oat milk.” And the person that took my order gave me an attitude and said “you know that’s an extra charge”. Like what, I literally told you specifically “with oat milk” 2 seconds ago. She then proceeded to ask me to pay again so that I can specifically pay for the oat milk that was her mistake for not adding in the first place. This never happened to me when ordering at a coffee shop. If the barista or person at the counter makes a mistake with my order, they usually apologize. But no, she made me go and pay a dollar for the oat milk. At this point I wanted to just walk out. It was very much her mistake and her gaslighting attitude was just rude. Girl I know it’s an extra charge, that’s why I was specific. Definitely not a fan of this behavior.
They overcharge customers and then also come with an attitude when they’re in the wrong. I was baffled and felt gaslit at the same time.
I would say, otherwise the customer service was fine, but it is crazy over priced. Especially because they give you the smallest cups I’ve ever seen in my life on top of the high prices.
Honestly, it’s a great place to work with your laptop or come with a friend to chat. But, prepare to pay airport level prices here. Especially if you want to get anything to eat outside of a muffin.
Also, if you want to order make sure to do their job for them and ask them if they added the extra dollar for the oat milk after you specify the oat milk. It’ll save you from receiving a sassy gaslighting attitude. But beware they still may charge you extra for their mistakes.
