There’s a bathroom and they offer a water pitcher for water. The cold brew however, had an odd aftertaste and didn’t really have much coffee flavor . It’s just mid. It was also VERY hard to find. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a place where you can just add your own creamer and they have to do it for you behind the counter .

One of the worst oat lattes and strawberry matches I've ever had. The espresso was obviously burned and horribly pulled but still served. The strawberry matcha tasted fake and the matcha was grainy. $19 for 2 drinks of this quality is just outright disgraceful.

Always friendly service, but today my baristas outdid himself with a foam Pegasus (see photo).

Nice place to sit, I have almost never felt it was too crowded. Also they have self-service water which I like to see.

Total rippoff. The coffee was ok but the croissant was absolutely stale. Crazy to think they could serve it and charge that much

Worst coffee experience I’ve had in my entire life. At $19 for 2 small ice drinks, the barista acted extremely annoyed when I asked for light ice and said they will have to switch me to a smaller cup. I said I will pay extra so maybe you can give me a little extra drink and less ice? The barista with the curly hair and round glasses made me feel like I am begging him for money and literally could not have acted more annoyed, and bantered with me back and forth before eventually agreeing to charge me an extra shot to give me “light ice”. Unbelievable. If you are charging $8-9 for a small drink please don’t make your customer feel like beggars.

Cherry on top - the same barista who argued with me on “light ice” gave me a broken lid and the coffee spilled all over my white shirt the moment I walked out the door. When I walked back and asked for a new lid, the same barista asked what I needed, then turned around and decided to refill beans and ignored me (no, he didn’t get started on filling until I asked him for a new lid) while I’m standing there with a soaking white shirt. I waited until another barista came over and handed me a new lid - it literally took one second and the other barista was still “filling beans”. Whoever is the guy with curly hair and round glasses - please fire him.

I feel like I was robbed. Please steer clear and don’t support such a horrible business.

Best flat white around, decent blueberry muffin but dry AF chocolate croissant. Looked and tasted like day old. Friendly service, would recommend for the coffee

Honestly use to love this place. But, they are so over priced now.

Also, just in general had a really bad experience today. When I was ordering my drink, i have a milk sensitivity and so took a while to look at the menu. I saw that switching regular milk for oat milk was an extra $1 and so when I ordered I tried to be super specific and said “I would like a hot chocolate, with oat milk.” I said oat milk separately to be extra specific. And she said ok to the hot chocolate and then ok to when I said oat milk. I paid for everything and was about to walk away, but I saw the barista pull out regular dairy milk, so I double specified to her. “Hey, I ordered this with oat milk.” And the person that took my order gave me an attitude and said “you know that’s an extra charge”. Like what, I literally told you specifically “with oat milk” 2 seconds ago. She then proceeded to ask me to pay again so that I can specifically pay for the oat milk that was her mistake for not adding in the first place. This never happened to me when ordering at a coffee shop. If the barista or person at the counter makes a mistake with my order, they usually apologize. But no, she made me go and pay a dollar for the oat milk. At this point I wanted to just walk out. It was very much her mistake and her gaslighting attitude was just rude. Girl I know it’s an extra charge, that’s why I was specific. Definitely not a fan of this behavior.

They overcharge customers and then also come with an attitude when they’re in the wrong. I was baffled and felt gaslit at the same time.

I would say, otherwise the customer service was fine, but it is crazy over priced. Especially because they give you the smallest cups I’ve ever seen in my life on top of the high prices.

Honestly, it’s a great place to work with your laptop or come with a friend to chat. But, prepare to pay airport level prices here. Especially if you want to get anything to eat outside of a muffin.

Also, if you want to order make sure to do their job for them and ask them if they added the extra dollar for the oat milk after you specify the oat milk. It’ll save you from receiving a sassy gaslighting attitude. But beware they still may charge you extra for their mistakes.

The food and drinks seem overpriced. I didn't want an end piece and there were center pieces but I didn't carefully watch the barista and she gave me the end piece. I took a bite and it seemed too firm, I realized it was the end! drat! they won't let you exchange it after you touch it, so make sure you watch them prep your purchase if there are particulars you don't like.

Excellent drip coffee, which is sometimes hard to find. Comfortable seating and tables that I was able to work for most of the day. Would stop by again!

Went to this cafe for a couple of times but it’s not my favorite. Overpriced but mediocre food and drinks.. Quite a number of staff while there’s only a few customers.. Also they’re sold out of most of things I would have wanted.

The barista was nice enough. Did the minimum of saying hi and asking what I wanted. I asked for two things but was informed that they were out of both items. So I pivoted. He said he could make me the egg burger I wanted... there would just be no spinach so I said sure. The egg burger was so bad I wish I had the nerve to ask for a refund. I truly never find food to be bad but this egg burger bordered on inedible. It was completely tasteless, was processed spongy frozen texture, and had no tomato. Other components offered no flavor as well. I did not finish it. The arugula with tomato and cucumber and dressing on the side had more flavor. I ordered a vanilla latte which was decent but nothing special and certainly overpriced. It was also lukewarm when it came out. Not at all hot. Had to drink rather quickly because it got cold almost immediately after serving it to me. Wifi is nice and decent table space but I truly wish I had the nerve to ask for a refund given how utterly bad the egg burger was and the fact that my latte was lukewarm. For $30 after tip I feel frustrated to say the least.

The bathroom is basically inaccessible because they have trash cans you have to push by just get inside. Gross and not hygienic. Staff are nice, food is ok.
