First off I payed 65 for this. WRONG SIZE I PAYED FOR THE LARGE not the SMALL. NOTHING INSIDE NO OREOS NO BROWNIES. I HAD A PARTY SO I HAD TO CUT IT INTO SMALL PIECES. Contacted them the next day and they said they couldnt do anyting about it .... so unprofessional . I had no time to call them as soon as I got delivered I literally have guests waiting for cake. Never ordering from here again!!

I ordered a "Love it Medium Size but they gave me a Like It Small size but just put a medium cup over the small size. We even tip them before knowing they did that. Not right and will not be returning for $13 a cup of ice cream and they try to rip us off ny putting a medium cup over it and charging for thr medium size

The tables were dirty, and the staff could've cleaned up, even if it was late. The ice cream was ok. the taste has changed. But overall, it was good..

Fast and courteous service. Many flavors available for classic ice creams, ice cream cakes and drinks. Being vegan, I personally loved this ice cream shop because it has a good, tasty plant-based frozen chocolate dessert and also a good almond milk-based chocolate shake.

I had a great customer service experience at the Ralph cold stone store in Brooklyn. It was my son’s birthday and I was getting an ice cream cake. The young lady there was so helpful and pleasant. Sorry I can’t remember her name.

Kid-friendliness: All crew members really nice with kids. I came with my sisters they gave em extra toppings didn't even charge. So generous❤️They were so attentive that once they saw my sister's ice cream was spilling they gave her large cup to put her ice cream!

I CANNOT FATHOM, to all of you how horrible try experience was today. I have gotten ice cream from this location for yearssss. Today I couldn't place the order through grubhub, so I call and ask if it were possible to make adjustments through the phone. I am told yes. I place the order then call ask agreed, they say no can do....?????? THEN THEY PLACE THE ORDER EVEN THOUGH I ASKED GRUB HUB AND THE STORE TO STOP THE ORDER?? 50$????? AND WHEN GRUB HUB CALLS THEM TO CONFIRM THE PROCESS, THEY LIE?????? how do you, as a professional store, lie..... what do you as a customer service worker gain, from lying.I mean how do you work in customer service but can be this irresponsible.... trust I wouldn't even give a one star if I could

Customer service was pretty okay. I ordered two waffle bowls. The ice cream was already melting before eating it. A bit heavily pricey for the ice creams. I wasn't a big fan today.
