Wait long time to get just a cup of ice cream, when It finally was my turn they just stone walled me. After like ten minutes of waiting just for them to get then shenanigan done got i got a cup but had to wait to pay for it as well

Typical coldstone experience. Tucker away in for see or shopping plaza. The service was excellent. Being in the shopping plaza sorta detracts from the atmosphere as it is tucked away in the corner. However, nice to be close to target and some other stores. I like the milkshakes but like a lot of the menu items in general at coldstone.

Went into this establishment on 8/8/2024, no customers were there, it was 3 staffs members. We were not greeted, but waited a few minutes for someone to offer some service, it never happened. We left with no ice cream. Years ago I used to go here and there was always a line it was always busy yet the staff would greet you as you walk in, and singing which was so nice. Maybe someone can speak with the staff, it's no customer service skill here.

It’s a small spot inside the mall. The ice cream I selected was too sweet for me and kind of pricey.
I'm buying Coldstone ice cream for years at the Atlantic Mall location. At least 5 years. From day one we loved the cotton candy/ vanilla or cookie dough, cake batter ice cream with marshmallows. I always bought that combination. Delicious. Now the owners and the workers of the franchise changed and it's bad. I bought the same cotton candy / vanilla combination and the taste and texture it's nowhere near what I got for years. The Coldstone ice-cream is very creamy and soft, this latest one is hard and the vanilla ice cream tastes like grocery store ice-cream. I will not go back, it's disappointing. If you buy a franchise, keep the ice-cream the same, not change the recipes or replace with cheap ice-cream.

We ordered 2 pints of Chocolate Devotion using a b1g1 deal on Uber eats. Ended up being ~$30 delivered. Chocolate Devotion was exactly what we wanted - chocolate with chocolate and more chocolate. The ice cream came a little soft so one went directly in the freezer and we started on the other. Still delicious and satisfying though! Would definitely buy it again especially with b1g1.

Waffle bowl ice cream was amazing, and the guy gave me a cold milk cup (I was really craving it; don’t ask why). He smiled and said, “ you’re the first one to ask” and gave it to me even though it wasn’t on the menu. 5⭐️
