I went to this creamery for the first time last year, and the workers just seemed so standoffish. I decided to try them again for the holiday, but this time for an order and pick up so I didn't have to worry about being inside long. I called to confirm my order and change a name, and the girl didn't sound interested and hung the phone up before I could finish whatever I was saying.Baby, if you don't like your job, find another. It is that simple, lol.

I ordered a custom cake online and went to pick it up at the scheduled time. Initially the lady in the front tried to give me the wrong cake. I told her that it was not my cake. The cake was too small and the toppings and icing were wrong. She then went back into the freezer, brought out the cake and stayed in the back with it for 20 minutes doing something to it. I could clearly see when she brought the cake out from the freezer. She then covered the cake and brought it to the front and lied to me and said that the cake was far in the back of the freezer that's why it took so long. The reeses topping on the cake was cut in half and falling apart. Overall the cake looked very sloppy. I paid $60 for this cake for mothers day and the quality of the cake and service was horrible.

I love their chocolate devotion, it’s very good but many calories. And also, I went to this cold stone 10 minutes before it was closing and they already had their doors closed. They should change their hours if they’re going to close 10 minutes early.
