We visit this location often and usually service is great but this last visit we were very disappointed. We ordered chocolate devotion (a large box of ice cream), the ice cream was being made and we were charged for it, and then afterwards near the end we were told there was no brownie and instead chocolate cake would be added. Considering brownie is a main ingredient it would have been nice to have this information before we paid! We would not have wanted this item!! And worst part, no apology. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again to anyone.

I am very disappointed that you discontinued the Pistachio ice cream. It was one of the best flavors on your menu and my absolute favorite. From what I understand, it was pulled because one customer complained about the number of nuts in it. That issue could have easily been solved by letting people add extra nuts on the side. Instead, you removed the entire flavor, which feels unfair to loyal customers who truly loved it.
Pistachio was the only flavor I looked forward to every time I came in, and now it’s gone. Please reconsider and bring it back to your menu feels incomplete without it. Not every decision should be based on one complaint, especially when so many customers enjoyed it just the way it was.
Cold Stone, you’ve disappointed me on this one. Please do the right thing and bring back Pistachio.

Love it!! Almost always keeps my expectations high, but the payoff is worth it. my favorite is Cake Batter. Sometimes the flavor tastes off, but love it nonetheless! Absolutely recommend.

I’ve been coming to this Cold Stone for a while, but today was absolutely ridiculous. I walked in with only one person ahead of me and got ice cream for my daughter right away. My sister, who ordered on the mobile app, ended up waiting over 30 minutes for her order while we stood there watching employees ignore it.
When I asked the guy at the register how much longer it would take, he gave me a nasty attitude and told me they’d make it “when they get the chance,” with zero apology or even basic respect. We waited another 15 minutes while he sat there complaining, staring at us, and doing nothing to help. It was clear he didn’t care at all about the customers or the job he’s there to do.
It’s honestly disgusting how customers are treated here, and the lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others stay away unless you want to waste your time and deal with rude staff.

Beyond the delicious ice cream, the cleanliness of the store really stood out to me. The counters, floors, and prep areas were spotless, and everything was well-organized and inviting. You can tell they take hygiene seriously, which makes the whole experience even better.
What truly made my visit special, though, was the staff. The employees were so friendly and welcoming—greeting me with big smiles and offering great recommendations. They made sure everything was just right, and you could tell they genuinely cared about providing great service. It felt like they went the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience.
Highly recommend stopping by your local Cold Stone if you’re craving a sweet treat and excellent service in a clean, upbeat environment!

Never place an order for delivery through this store. They will leave out items from it and then when you contact the store like the email says to do they will do nothing for you. If I ordered for delivery why would I have to go out of my way to pick up a part of my order that was blatantly left out? This is absolutely unprofessional and I’ve been to a lot of different locations across various states/countries in my life and this has got to be the WORST one to date.
In store? At least they can’t hold one of your items because then you’d notice it’s missing before leaving. However, on one occasion my brother was allowed to swap out 2 mix ins for the same price and the next occasion when I went and tried the same thing a DIFFERENT employee up-charged me. There’s no consistency. They all need to be on the same page.
If I find another location as unprofessional and in disarray as this one I’ll change my review. Until then avoid this location.
