The attitude of some of the employees is atrocious. I like the fact that I can get my grape nut flavored ice cream here, but I would prefer it without the attitude. Oh and it can be mentioned don’t come here even 30 minutes before the actual closing time because you won’t get serviced.

Cold stones located on Ralph is my absolute favorite. Great and quick service. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Due to the great service and tasty selections I’ve become a regular in there at least 2-3 times a week. The store is always clean which makes me comfortable ordering from them. I highly recommend!

The ice cream wasn’t that bad and the portions weren’t either, but they’re take five 6 pack was horrible, u literally just got a straight up mouth full of peanut butter, the store was just messy, they had no dipped cones and the cones they had were weird, hands down the best place to go is the vestal ny coldstone, their presentation is pretty and it tastes better, plus they have more mix ins, cones, cakes, and better manners
