One of my favorite spots in Brooklyn!!! Amazing food and the best horchata I’ve ever had…especially a fan of the barista with the short hair and eyebrow piercing who is always so kind whenever they take my order! Also whoever is in charge of the music has great taste. Highly recommended :)
Colina Cuervo’s food is never a disappointment. Everything is well seasoned, flavorful, and delicious. I would highly recommend their pancakes with the exceptional dulce de leche butter and their horchata and dulce de leche lattés. Also, the service is exceptional: the staff goes above and beyond for their customers. Colina Cuervo is a must-try when in Crown Heights!
I’ve been coming here since 2016, rotating between the three coffee shops on the street (now four). I usually stop by two or three times a week for a coffee and a sandwich, quick in and out, nothing fancy, and I don’t expect emotional labor from service workers. But this morning might have been my last visit. There’s one cashier who has always been rude and cold, and today was just too much.
