I visited the location in Industry City. I've passed by it before and promised myself I'd come back to visit. I'm so glad I did. Delicious sweets. My favorite so far: The flourless chocolate cake. It's like a dark chocolate mousse. Decadent. Worth the price too. I will definitely be back!

Colson Patisserie is known for its delightful treats, beverages, and great coffee. The staff provides friendly and top-tier service. They offer a variety of delicious gluten-free options, such as the banana nut muffin, as well as vegan and vegetarian choices like vegan overnight oats. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by the aroma of freshly baked pastries.
Customers praise the convenient location within Industry City and the delicious baked goods that can be seen through the windows in the evening. The bakery has a good selection despite its small storefront, and the line moves quickly. Colson Patisserie's granola is particularly praised for its perfectly toasted oats, and the owner should consider marketing it to stores across New York City. Visitors also enjoy the strong and energizing iced coffee, perfect for fueling a day of shopping in the area.
