Came to this place cause the reviews were positive, my first experience wasn’t as good, the beef flavour was very light turning it into a veggies one instead and the sandwich delayed like 15 minutes to come out of the kitchen.
Went for a second time and ordered a wrap, a cheeseburger wrap, and again it took 20 minutes to come out of the kitchen and again the meat flavour was almost zero, the place is literally beside work so I go for a “quick lunch”, that ends up being longer than a fine dinning.
The food is not too bad, but it’s not good and the delay make it imposible for me to recommend it, it doesn’t match the NY standard about fast food being “fast”

Horrible experience every time I go here. Super skimpy on the protein every time and this time I ordered a rodeo burger, they decided to throw in bacon when it doesn’t say that there’s bacon on it under the details on Uber eats. Had to throw away. Also ordered a hero chicken parm and got a roll with the tiniest piece of chicken for 17$. Basically sauce and bread. Stay away from this fake sandwich spot, McDonald’s is a better option

I ordered the vodka chicken parm was juicy but it needed more flavor for me. I also got the tator tots and those were amazing including the sauce it came with. Also great customer service from Aylin. My sisters had the hot honey chicken sandwich and the crispy fish and they loved it so I cant wait to come back and try more
