I wasnt going to write a review but this is the 3rd time this happened with my sandwhich i order . No hashbrown or chipotle sauce or mayo that i paid for in my sandwhich. Last time they didnt put the chicken cutlet. Cant even read directions its insane.
Always missing something in my sandwhich and order . Its crazy you cant read off an online order reciept that lists each item and whats inside . This is the 5th time this happened this month.i order breakfast from here all the time ..no more . Cant read simple instructions . Whether its the condimemts , the actual item , the meat in the sandwhich. Teach your workers how to read

Bagel store is located near a bus stop so parking is very difficult. The bagels are tremendous! They can actually be cut into 3 slices instead of two. They sell 15 bagels for $15.00. They are fresh and well stocked with the usual grocery and bagel items. It is a small store but they had all varieties of bagels egg onion, blue berry, raisin, pumpernicle, salt ,onion, garlic, everything. Well worth stopping by.

I was shocked and disgusted to see roaches near the food prep area — completely unacceptable and raises serious health concerns.

Their bagels used to be much better. They must have someone new baking them. Bigger doesn’t mean better. Getting 3 free when buying a dozen doesn’t change things.
This place is atrocious they will charge you for whatever they want they had a wrap advertised for 10 dollars so I got 2 one for me and one for my girlfriend all I put on them was onion and lettuce the total was 30 dollars for 2 wraps they said this almost 10 dollar up charge was because of lettuce and onion. When I asked they then realized they were wrong put down the total to 26 which is still absurd the employees are also rude and will lie to your face do not bring your business here. They operate there business like a 3rd world country.

Burnt overpriced bagels. I used to get a great portion of egg and cheese that I couldn’t finish it, now they give you much less. They also charge a ridiculous amount. This ain’t Manhatten.
At times bagels are NOT fresh then for them to answer the phone could take 30 seconds or 9+ minutes and when they do they forget your on hold. Few times I gotten my bagel or rolls burnt. Check your receipts, sometimes the math doesn’t add up. Seen random add ons. I’ve gotten charge different prices for a mini bagel vs a regular bagel. Oh and they charge for delivery. Who does that anymore!!? On top of that I’ve waited close to an hr and I live 3 blocks down. Go to ave u and east 15 donut shop. You get the same amount for 50% off oh and not burnt so you can actually taste the bread not the burnt toast!

Prices are ridiculous. $6.50 for an egg and cheese on a roll. Veggie omelette with turkey bacon, avocado and 4 eggs $17. Food was pretty mediocre.

$7.50 for a BEC on a roll? That’s crazy. Do yourself a favor and go around the corner.
The best bagel i’ve ever had. So delicious. The staff was very friendly and nice. They knew what they were doing. They were fast and efficient. Will be coming back here for sure. 10/10!!!

Place were I started many mornings in recent years. Amazing bagels and service. ?
I ordered from them for the first time and the cheese was bad. Honestly I was never going to try hem agian. I complained they gave me a free breakfast after a month the guy remembered me, and the breakfast was very good. Now I am a repeat customer and I am so happy I gave them a second chance. Because now they know how I like my breakfast. The cook needs a raise.
Update:
They Mexican guy has no respect for people. I was ordering three times a week and now they blocked my number because he is a baby and don't speak English well. Have to repeat order three or four times and I said to him what's a matter with you and he caught an attitude and told me maybe I don't speak good, when I asked to speak to manager he hung up on me and now blocked my number.
