I would return. It's just the idea of being there & the history of Nathans. Might not be the food & service it once was but it Nathans & Coney Island. Hot Dogs! Hot Dogs! Come & get your Hot Dogs!
1st hotdog in USA, and what better place to go than Coney Island. The home of the iconic hotdog. It was a disappointment! Despite going to the self service till, we still had to wait over 30 mins for the food and drinks to arrive and it was no better than ok. Not particularly big or fancy, just ok. If you want a hotdog to rave about then find somewhere else.

This is still the one and only Nathan's that all others are judged by. This is the only place where I will spend more than $5.00 for a hot dog. The meal here is very pricey but it is the whole experience of eating in such an iconic restaurant and enjoying the food right near the beach.
