Stopped by and asked for a sample of lemonade. A cookie employee gave me a sample of the lemonade drink, then one worker passed by and said, they do not give samples anymore. Yet there are these tiny size sample cups on the side. I was given one but a worker passed by and said they do not give samples. Lemonade did not taste as it should so went to other side,and was told no samples. I just bought a lemonade to drink, but maybe I won't be stopping there for a while. Why have sample cups, if they no longer provide sample lemonade drinks?

Homegirl with the teeth had a terrible attitude. She sucked her teeth & talked trash under her breath but loud enough for me to hear then tossed the cookies around as thought she was forced to come to work today. She then pointed to the register and said “go there” with the ONLY stink attitude. Took everything in me not to call her out her name. Never coming here again solely because of these young workers stink attitude
Been coming here since a kid in the 90s. The old fashion is my favorite and the chocolate chip is a close second. ??

I came here to pick up a package, around 8pm, the shorter of the 2 girls standing at the counter suddenly started shouting. I think he is a very rude and immoral person. If he has psychological problems, he should get treatment urgently!!!!!

This place is hard to resist if you have sweet tooth. That’s why i’m a customer. I just have a suggestion to make. I bought a few things here today and i would prefer that the server would actually be better for this business if a server would be paying attention and be attentive instead of standing behind the counter, facing the customer, chit chatting with the coworker and expecting you to place an order. No “Hello”, No “How can i help you or how can i be of assistance to you?”. In the mean time, moving around like a Sloth and pretending not to understand me when i mentioned to her that i was waiting for her to pay attention before i could place my order. Btw, she did not hand me a receipt until i mentioned it to her and she looked at me as if i asked for too much. What happened with handing a receipt to a customer? Wasn’t that a basic requirement for years? If you keep hiring Ignorant and lazy people, you will loose customers.
