DO NOT BUY MATCHA THERE! I was their client few days ago and accidentally saw how my drink was made. I don’t typically watch people’s hands but I was standing on the side and saw my drink being made this time. I ordered HOT matcha. They didn’t whisk my matcha into a hot water instead they used some kind of premade matcha (hard to say if it was store bought or house made) they poured it into a little plastic measuring cup and heated it up in that cup with a steam machine! Steam is over 200 Fahrenheit. Steam plus the pressure of the coffee machine makes it hotter we are chatting even 300 Fahrenheit. The low temperature of the steam is already what plastic needs to mealt. So I was treated with a cancerous/plastic infused drink. Save your health so you don’t need to be surprised why you need chemo. You wanna get a cup of your antioxidant but instead you will drink a poisonous beverage. Stay away from that place! There is 20 coffee shops in a distance of 5 blocks that with pleasure will make hand whisked matcha in front of you. It literally takes one minute and requires almost no effort to not poison your customers. I must say people were really nice and when I ask for refund and refused my drink without argument they accepted my criticism and acted as they should. So I must say the employees were nice. So it’s either company’s protocol or lack of responsibility company has into feeding people.

its a rlly nice place to visit. I liked the interior and latte.
It’s a very busy place, and it has a nice upbeat ambiance, and I think they also have a backyard which looks great. I did witness a costumer accidentally taking someone else’s drink and started drinking it, the guy was really embarrassed and apologetic when he realized it wasn’t his, but the barista literally stopped everything, started at the guy, was clearly frustrated sort of shook his hands and then put him on his waist and told the guy “did I call your name?” And then walked away shaking his head to re-make the drink. I get it, we all gotta pay more attention, but at the end of the day, it was an accident, and as another customer who witnessed everything, I was very put off by it. There’s a very nice way to say “oh no worries, yes, we’ll call your name once it’s ready”. As someone who works in the industry, I don’t think that was handled the best way, and I wouldn’t return here if I had been that guest.

Got the matcha with lavender. Small cup, lavender very bitter, not sweet at all. Did not enjoy the drink and throw away the half Also rating is probably high because they are offering food for review .
