Decent bagels but if you’re serving bacon, egg and cheeses, you have to have real bacon. Beef bacon does not do it.

Pretty good bagels but overpriced for what you get. The staff seemed a little unfriendly and quick to get you out. I enjoyed the bagels but there is similar quality for cheaper nearby.

Speedy and friendly service. Went closer to closing so there was no wait. Ordered the following: -Sesame vegan with tofu scallion cream cheese: very generous amount of vegan cream cheese which was tasty; somewhat chewy consistency of the bagel -Pizza bagel: tasted artificial even with real cheese Would go back again to try some of their other vegan toppings in the future
If you’re getting a bacon egg and cheese (or sausage egg and cheese) I do not recommend Court Street Bagels.
The meat is not fresh to order, rather they precook all the bacon and meat, pile it in the corner of the cooktop. The result is a tough and stale meat that ruins your sandwich. Taste more like jerky.
Bagels are good.

I had the v4 vegan bagel with vegan egg, vegan bacon and vegan cheese. It hit the spot. Will be going again.
Good bagels fast service. Prices are the same as midtown manhattan maybe more. Bacon egg cheese on bagel $10
it is hard to believe how badly they messed this place up from what it used to be. they also stopped serving pork bacon, which is fine, but they almost hide it? we asked if the bacon was still regular bacon and they said yes enthusiastically, and when i clarified if it was pork they said no, it was beef. they also charge 10 cents to slice a bagel which is hilariously petty i almost respect it.

Menu has many misleading prices & errors. That being said, prices seem reasonable for the neighborhood. Bagels are good - everything bagels are VERY salty though. I miss the old ownership - it feels much less personal and community driven now, but will stop by every now and then.

UPDATE: I’m updating my review, since I visited the store two days later and they made it right. Plus, the bagels are really tasty. Mistakes happen, so just be sure to check your order before leaving in case something was overlooked. Also, a note to management: Please reconsider having a phone line if you don’t intend to use it. ORIGINAL: Visited about an hour ago and paid $16 for a bagel with lox and cream cheese. Just got home and there’s no lox on the bagel. I’ve called 10 times to request a refund, and no one is answering the phone. I don’t live close enough to go back now. Please contact me.

These bagels are incredible, when you actually get yours. I ordered a bagel at the counter and waited 15 minutes. It was not that busy. I nicely asked the cashier, who reads the tickets, if mine was coming out soon. She dismissed me and said yea. 15 minutes later I checked again and said if it wasn’t being made then I’d have to leave and would need a refund. The order was no where to be found (ha! Exactly I had asked 15 minutes earlier).
A nice worker came over to help while she silently looked for the ticket which was suddenly no where to be found. He provided a refund with no issue.
So basically I left hungry and she said nothing.
When someone asks you to check… check?
Every good review on here is from the hard work of the previous owner. Do not go here! Do not support this business. They care not for the community!
And also- Blueberry bagel was BLUE?! It’s 2024 who even puts food colouring in bagels anymore. Artificial to the max. Preferred the old one. This one honestly sucks now + over priced so over priced it’s crazy—it has 0 personality, lost all its charm. Definitely not going back. Which is sad because this used to be a neighbourhood staple. Honestly hope they shut down and let another mom n pop or community driven place take over instead. We don’t need this gentrified basic ass Pinterest mood board live laugh love Neon sign sanitized vibe. It’s hilarious how terribly they’ve messed up the “revamp”. Also devastating that there’s no more pork bacon at all. Please don’t support this place! These are the sort of places that actively destroy the charm, culture and community of Brooklyn. They are up there with the mass developers.
What happened to this place? I asked my sister if we could go to the AMAZING bagel place with the amazing bagel man we hit up a few years ago, and she told me that there’d been a hostile bagel takeover??? I thought she was joking but no! Bagel man Peter is GONE. The charm of the interior is gone too— it looks like the bagel equivalent of a struggling suburban Utah Starbucks (no offense to Utah). Pretty awful to steal a dude’s life’s work like that.

One year since hostile bagel takeover RIP
The refresh of the place is nice but the atmosphere is too loud and there is little space for seating. The counter takes half the space. The music was ok but it stopped multiple times, even for minutes, and continued on the same song after. The person taking our order completely screwed up our order. The bacon was flavorless and soggy instead of crispy. The only thing that saves it is that the bagels are actually good.
