The bagel taste like it was backed to fast the out side was dark and the inside tasted like dough.
This place is always pumping. They have plenty of staff to get you out asap. Food and pastries are D-lish.

I got the Italian on a hero and oh my God this is one of the best sandwiches in Brooklyn that I’ve ever had. I also got a dozen bagels and my family loves them. They’re so fresh and you can tell that they were hand rolled and baked this morning. you have to try their fresh cream cheese especially the chocolate chip . workers are very nice and has that southern Brooklyn charm. Price is very reasonable and the place is super clean. I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

I’ve had some tough experiences at Cropsey Bagel in the past, but I have to give credit where it’s due—the staff and management are clearly committed to improving. Their attitude shows they care about turning things around and making sure customers walk away with a better experience. The quality of the food is consistently great, and while the prices aren’t cheap, the effort they put into service and product is evident. That said, pricing is still my only concern at this point.
