A colleague in the office regularly brings these bagels into the city. The quality of the plain bagel is outstanding, perfect dough consistency. I live in the city & would consider travelling down here to pick up!!! Keep up the good
I go here just about every other day.. you can't ask for more from a local bagel place. Food is good quality and the service is fast and accurate. Great bagels and sandwiches, everything is high quality.

Bagel was delicious, though the middle aged lady taking my order was not the most friendly whatsoever. She did not understand my order at first (which was simply an everything bagel, nothing on it and cream cheese on the side). Due to the lack of understanding and patience on her side, instead of simply trying to proactively communicate, she had started to get real nasty with me as if I were the one at fault. (I was born and raided in BK and have been ordering bagels my whole life) Even though the taste was good, you can easily find a good bagel as well as excellent customer service elsewhere. I would rather spend my money 5 blocks away to be serviced by someone with a smile on their face as well as the same, if not better, qualityIn addition, there is not always enough seating if you plan on staying. There was simply the bar stool area facing the window and one table full of junk. I had to wait 10 minutes to take a seat.
