I tried to order some dinner and the man refused to take my order,because I was seated. He heard me loud and clear but because I didn’t stand at the window he refused to acknowledge me and my order. Food is mid anyway,he did me a favor by not allowing me to spend my money. Also no one else was in the store ordering just me. Rude and indifferent service.

The cashier’s demeanor was outright disrespectful, with curt responses and dismissive behavior.As I placed my order, I was subjected to condescending remarks and an overall lack of professionalism. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the employees. Despite attempting to maintain patience, I was met with further verbal disrespect when inquiring about my order’s status.The lack of courtesy and basic respect from the staff at Crown Fried Chicken was unacceptable. No customer should have to endure such treatment, regardless of the circumstances. It’s disheartening to see a business neglecting the importance of treating patrons with dignity and kindness.In conclusion, I urge management to address the concerning behavior exhibited by their employees and prioritize customer service training. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend Crown Fried Chicken to others seeking a pleasant dining experience.

We ordered the food with chicken,fries,and soda and we only got chicken, the chicken was also soggy,rude employees and the smelled so bad,we couldn’t eat it, waste of money and time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible place found a three dead roaches in my cheesy fries I’m very disgusted right now !!!! They won’t even give me a refund
