The food simply wasn’t good. It was both bland and non appetizing. The service was mediocre at best. Nobody was rude or nice, I guess I’d call the service bland too. To make up for the food, they would have needed stellar service in order for me to give them two stars. It’s a clear one star, because I just wouldn’t want anyone to spend their money there, especially not in New York where there are plenty great Mexican restaurants with delicious food great service. This was certainly not that.

This is for delivery--super disappointing. Bland food, even had to add salt to the guac. Birria, pork tacos, and a chicken bowl. Going to bed hungry, small portions and def not memorable. Too bad because the rating was high. Why can't NYC get Mexican food right?

I worked here for 1 month as a server. I would not recommend this restaurant. The owner doesn't like to pay their employees. I didn't get payed for my last 2 weeks I worked with them. It's been a month an I still haven't gotten payed. I already filed a lawsuit against this restaurant. She wants me to sign a resignation letter before I can receive my money. People who work for their money should get payed for their money. Don't support this restaurant their are better mexican restaurants out there. the owner name is Sayra horrible person.

As Mexican from Jalisco, this is a worthy choice for Mexican food. I was looking for so long a place like this, not even NJ has something like this. Everything was amazing, but only the potato taco was refried but overall food quality is amazing. I went to some many restaurants in NYC and I never had a good Mexican food like this. This is more street food, so don’t expect something fancy. We ate, taco de birria, torta ahogada, potato taco, carne asada torta, carnitas taco and chicken taco. For drinks I got strawberry horchata and my husband regular horchata. I can’t wait to eat there again !!

Delicious Mexican food that’s super vegan friendly. The cauliflower bowl is worth the hype. The multiple vegan taco options are also great. The jicama salad is a work of art.
I love this place. It was recommended by a friend and ever since it’s been our go-to spot for tacos. The servers are super kind and accommodating, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and I think about the tamarind margarita year-round. Last but definitely not least, I left my purse there one night, called in a panic the next day and they had it and were very nice when I came in to get it. All around great place and decisions try it!

Have been here twice in the last month. Ordered the margaritas, quesadilla, chips guac and salsa. Would highly recommend the guacamole, beautiful presentation. The chips were a little over cooked in my opinion. Quesadilla was good, not super cheesy. Tried a few marg flavors and would recommend the coconut and the lychee!

This place advertises the best tacos in the neighbourhood and we were really happy with them! Also really happy with the torta. The space is fairly large with seating in a sidewalk shed, inside or in a back garden area available. The back garden area has a number of fans but was still too hot. Would recommend the sidewalk shed instead. The indoor seating was really dark. Food was delivered though and we'll be back!
