I’ve been coming to cuccio’s bakery since I moved in this Area 14 years ago. Never have I ever experienced such an uncomfortable and rudeness from a staff at this bakery. She states that she asked me to move politely, but she gave me a rude attitude. I don’t appreciate When someone is rude and disrespectful, how in the world does she want me to move if there’s an elderly person paying for what he is purchasing and she clearly sees that I am with a baby stroller and there is a huge line behind me. So I answered her the same way she treated me. I felt very uncomfortable & disrespected. Never, in the 14 years that I’ve come here to shop have I ever felt like this, NOT WELCOMED! And she has the audacity to be talking with the other staff members while the Business is busy and Other clients are waiting in line. What kind of morals does this employee have? Very unprofessional staff ! However, the staff member that was helping me she was very very professional.

as someone who's been coming here since 2016, i can say with certainty that there aren't many bakeries quite like this one. the selection is pretty wide, and prices are to die for—especially in this economy. along with typical baked goods, they offer cold/hot drinks, as well as custom cake orders (if i'm not mistaken). one thing to keep in mind before stopping by is that indoor seating isn't always available. don't rely on it `^ ) overall a pleasant little spot though

These guys have the best jelly donuts in Brooklyn. They also have a special weekend bread with raisins that you have to pre-order. That is also very good. Prices are fair. Service counter people are pleasant and pretty quick with their efforts. They are also very good at suggesting something if you tell them your preferences which is so important when kids come in. I mostly order the bread. My children think it was made specifically for them and that is probably why they don't pick the raisins out and toss them.
