The front desk girl was really impatient when taking the order, not friendly at all. The drink came out super late my burger was almost finished by the time it arrived. She could have done it earlier instead she was on the phone.The burger didn’t taste fresh, and after eating it, I even felt uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience. Hope the restaurant can improve both their service and food quality.

Omg this place is amazing!!! It's like an Asian McDonald's/Krusty Krab. It feels healthier and more delicious than our American fast food places!! The shrimp combo was delectable and had a subtle sweetness and crispiness and was cooked to perfection. Also the vibe here is so sweet and nice :) the people at the counter were so friendly :) thank you for a great experience. I will definitely be back.

The attitude of the person at the counter is absolutely terrible and rude, as if they’re doing customers a favor instead of actually providing service. I have no idea how they allow someone with zero manners and no interest in their job to be the face of this business. It’s a total disrespect to customers who choose to spend their money here. The presentation of the food was so good and the packaging of the fries was very cute. The store is also very clean, including the restrooms. Excellent service! great experience of a Chinese-style chicken burger ! The chicken was perfectly crisp and savory and the star of the meal- as it should be ! The chicken leg burger has a thin bun with black sesame seeds topped on. It was so satisfyingly crispy with the fried chicken and lettuce.
Also the wait time is longer than other fast food places that serve burgers but it’s worth it & more fresh than others.

This is the by far one of the best Asian burger place ever they have cheap price for their food and their but get 50% of deal is a great way to promote their food staff are very nice and wait time is very short took 10 minutes for the food to arrive. One of the better (currently my favorite) places for some delicious Chinese style chicken burgers. They don't just slap the massive chicken slab on a hamburger bun but instead use this Chinese flatbread (guessing, don't know what it's called) with toasted sesame on it. Really good stuff, but doesn't hold up too well for takeout. Fries are great too, put them up there with McDonalds fries. It takes a bit to prepare an order though, so if you're dining in, set aside more time than you'd think for a fast food place.
Don't bother with the beef burger and stick to the chicken sandwiches.

Tried the promotion of spicy crispy chicken burger buy one and get one for 50% off. The burger comes in a soft Chinese bakery type bread. When eaten fresh, the chicken is both juicy inside and crispy on the outside. Better than any other kind of chicken sandwich that I ever ate, include from Popeyes.
