Hot chocolate was disgusting they gladly remade it and it was still disgusting great service and vibe though get something else
I bought a bagel and when I bit it it tasted like dirt, come to find out it had mold on it
Edit to answer: no i am not incorrect, i pass by your establishment everyday. Decided to give it a try and there was mold in my bagel and I threw it away and wasted my my money. I have the receipt.
My favorite is the chicken salad sandwich and the Salmon, a must try and the owners John and Agnes are very friendly.
Love this place, I know I will definitely get my work done while enjoying an amazing hot sip and some tasty eats. I hear they are about to add a bar but aside from that the atmosphere is super chill and the staff is amazing.

Love this little place! My sister and I needed a great flat white and decided to give CoB a try... and we've been back numerous times since!! They have great coffee, great breakfast sandwiches, and delicious sweet treats. Just know that seating can be catch as catch can but, even if you have to get it to go, it's worth going!

When Cup of Brooklyn first opened, I was a frequent visitor. The owner was always pleasant, and the space had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it a joy to visit.
However, as time went on and the owner wasn’t around as often, the customer service declined significantly. I encountered rude behavior from some staff members, including micro-aggressions from the woman with glasses and a male barista.
Today, I decided to stop in and was delighted to see the owner behind the register. It’s clear that he values respect and care for his customers—something I wish his employees could consistently emulate.
I hope the owner continues to set the standard for service and instills those same values in the rest of the team.

What’s sooo good about this cozy coffee shop ?
A bomb chai ! I truly felt the love in my drink.
The staff was inviting ( especially the young man in the locs) His name was beautiful just don’t want to chop it up.
Thank you cup of Brooklyn for the experience.

Been coming to this cafe for years — the coffee is always delicious, and the space is a great place to set up and work. Unfortunately, no gluten-free pastries or food — would be a 5/5 otherwise!

Been coming to this place for a few years and really loved it, for a time, but recently it feels like things have really gone down hill. The service has greatly declined and I found out they recently laid off my favorite barista. He always friendly and very efficient. It feels like the sense of community is gone and I no longer feel as comfortable or welcomed. The hustle of Cup of Brooklyn just isn’t there anymore.
