Solid bar (4 stars) but they gotta figure out the table service/bar service thing. I got a lecture from the server (but no menu) for not telling her I wanted table service and she didn't check on me once in 90 mins of sitting outside and two drinks.I get that they split tips depending on where people sit but just tell me to close my bar tab and start one at the table - I'd happily do that. I typically tip 30% so its worth it.Anyway I'll go back again and update this if the service is better.Parking: This entire street is typically packed. You're better off walking or biking.

I love Custom House. By far my favorite local pub. The bartenders Barry and Debra...so attentive, friendly. The wait staff just lovely. They make recommendations for food. I have to recommend the fish and chips or the Crabcake sliders with sweet potato fries. Great!The wait staff... So attentive and bring your food immediately. Definitely look at the specials of the day. You will be delighted. I am an older woman (64) and I feel completely safe to sit at the bar after a long day at work. Red, the owner, checks in with you. This is my place!

Felt like a normal sports bar walking in. Was probably at 50% capacity, so we (group of 6) tried to grab a table to get a few beers and watch the last 15 minutes of a March madness game. They told us we couldn't sit at a table unless we were getting food so we said OK and went to sit on the couch at the empty front room where they directed us. We tried to sit/stand around the couch and watch the game, a different server came to take orders and half of us ordered drinks, to which they acted annoyed and said "all of you are going to have to get drinks if you want to be in here". So we left and went to another bar.

I liked the restaurant from the first moment. The large bar with the typical American flair.The waiter was super nice and open to a little chat. Ate a mega delicious burger while watching football and basketball, simply wonderful. Greetings to the friendly boss.
