Helpful and friendly pharmacist, the consult he gave me exactly what I needed to help with issues with my ear.
I hate this location with a passion and always regret when I agree to have prescriptions sent here just because it’s closer to home. Guaranteed stressful, unpleasant experience every time.
Always a great experience at this store. Whenever I ask for assistance, they are always willing to help with what I need.
pharmacy personnel was extremely helpful and quick! Store personnel, seems new, but customer service was still helpful.
Always a terrible experience. Currently on hold still with the pharmacy, almost at 50 minutes now. Always a line, always rude, worst place in the world probably.
Line always long.
No COVID shots after 6:30After calling (and waiting on hold for a long time) I was assured walk in appointments for Covid vaccines would be available until 8. Showed up at 7 to told they stop at 6:30
Can't ever get anyone on the phone or in person. Been off my meds for weeks because of them!
So far I know there's nothing to have to be improved everything is satisfying to me great customer service and all
rude employees

Extremely rude for no reason. Transferring pharmacies ASAP. Wish I could give zero stars
Horrible service, go elsewhere
Most useless pharmacy in the world. Arrived 2hrs after my doctor submitted a prescription, it still wasn’t filled and I was told I’d have to wait another hour. Went back in on Sunday just before 5, and they told me they were closed, when they were all still standing behind the counter. And were incredibly rude about it. Rather have your prescriptions delivered via another company like Capsule so you don’t have to deal with their nonsense.
My doctor sent a prescription to this CVS to order a vaccine. I called a week later inquiring about the vaccine was told that the prescription was on hold due to "high pricing." I was never contacted to give insurance information. When I called, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and impatient. She asked for my insurance provider and could immediately process the prescription. She talked back at me whenever I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't hear or understand her. The prescription would never have been filled if I didn't call, and she said she doesn't know if it will be filled because they don't handle live vaccines at their location. I'll have to keep calling back to see if the prescription is ever filled because I will not be contacted about any barriers. What a disappointing demonstration of the commoditization of western medicine.
if you like waiting 55-90 minutes in line for your prescription, DEFINITELY come here! you will LOVE it! ?
