Had brunch today . The French toast was delicious. The pancakes was ok , I did tasted the Bailey’s. The mimosas is very watered down and we we ask for more refill it tasted more watery . . Service is slow , there was only one server. Her name is Chiva, as I recollect. She covered the whole restaurant and does her best with servicing. It’s an ok place to try new food .

Love this place. Oxtail was chef’s kiss! Oxtail in any kind of way whether it was the dumpling, sushi or main.. the tenderness and seasoning was great. Salmon was great too. Service was impeccable. Dj Chris definitely had the place jumping. Came all the way from Atl just for the good food. Will definitely be back..

Czen was our chosen spot to celebrate my two friends birthday. I must say the food is great, rolls, dumplings, wings, oxtail, Czen bowl. The rum punch is a must !!!!Our waiter Raphael was great had excellent customer service. The vibes with the live DJ, hookah and drinks was vibing. It is a must go to spot will be back for a Brunch 😊😋

I am writing to formally complain about a very unprofessional experience with a recent Uber Eats order.
The order was placed through the app and showed as available. After waiting almost two hours, the restaurant cancelled the order, stating that the item was no longer available. This information should have been communicated immediately, not after such an excessive delay.
When we contacted the restaurant for clarification, there was no apology, accountability, or effort to resolve the situation. We were simply told the item was unavailable, with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the long wait time. The lack of professionalism and customer care was extremely disappointing.
This situation resulted in wasted time and frustration, and it reflects poorly on the service standards expected from this business

I wasn’t sure how a restaurant can fuse Caribbean and Asian cuisine, but they nailed it!! The dishes I’ve eaten here are very tasty. The atmosphere is great too, especially with the live DJ. I’ve dined here a couple of times and plan to return soon.

Decided to try this restaurant with my friend, we arrived at 7pm, the hostess told us that the kitchen will be closed for another 20 mins because they were turning the menu over from brunch to dinner at 7PMMMMM!!!!!!! My friend and I waited at the bar and had a drink by a very INATTENTIVE bartender. After about 25mins we tried to order dinner, and we were told the kitchen was STILLLLLLLL CLOSED. At this point, I was fed up. The bartender mentioned that we could order appetizers instead. After our fries, we tried to get the bartender's attention SEVERAL times, it took another 20 MINUTES for him to acknowledge us. Although he was pleasant, he was extremely inattentive to everyone at the bar, which added to the unpleasant experience. There are so many Caribbean/Asian fusion places in BK that have superb customer service, I wish I hadn't wasted my time going to this one.

I did not enjoy this place. The fried chicken and waffles taste like the fish cakes seasoning...then the drinks we so strong I couldn't enjoy the cocktail it took me so long to finish one drink so I'm not spending any money, that first one was all I needed. The waffle batter i could still taste the batter. They switched our waitress who we were enjoying to another server who seem to have a attitude handing us hot plates instead of placing them on the table. The service was not enjoyable AT ALL! We made the best of it but absolutely will not be back there.
