I wasn’t sure how a restaurant can fuse Caribbean and Asian cuisine, but they nailed it!! The dishes I’ve eaten here are very tasty. The atmosphere is great too, especially with the live DJ. I’ve dined here a couple of times and plan to return soon.

Decided to try this restaurant with my friend, we arrived at 7pm, the hostess told us that the kitchen will be closed for another 20 mins because they were turning the menu over from brunch to dinner at 7PMMMMM!!!!!!! My friend and I waited at the bar and had a drink by a very INATTENTIVE bartender. After about 25mins we tried to order dinner, and we were told the kitchen was STILLLLLLLL CLOSED. At this point, I was fed up. The bartender mentioned that we could order appetizers instead. After our fries, we tried to get the bartender's attention SEVERAL times, it took another 20 MINUTES for him to acknowledge us. Although he was pleasant, he was extremely inattentive to everyone at the bar, which added to the unpleasant experience. There are so many Caribbean/Asian fusion places in BK that have superb customer service, I wish I hadn't wasted my time going to this one.

I did not enjoy this place. The fried chicken and waffles taste like the fish cakes seasoning...then the drinks we so strong I couldn't enjoy the cocktail it took me so long to finish one drink so I'm not spending any money, that first one was all I needed. The waffle batter i could still taste the batter. They switched our waitress who we were enjoying to another server who seem to have a attitude handing us hot plates instead of placing them on the table. The service was not enjoyable AT ALL! We made the best of it but absolutely will not be back there.

Decided to come to Czen because of a Wednesday promotion I saw on Instagram and was highly disappointed when I arrived and the server told me they weren’t doing that. Keep in mind, said promotion was posted on Instagram earlier that day. Why is there miscommunication between the server & promoter? Anyway, I decided to stay until I got my food & drink which was both VERY underwhelming.
