Decided to come to Czen because of a Wednesday promotion I saw on Instagram and was highly disappointed when I arrived and the server told me they weren’t doing that. Keep in mind, said promotion was posted on Instagram earlier that day. Why is there miscommunication between the server & promoter? Anyway, I decided to stay until I got my food & drink which was both VERY underwhelming.

Went to my friends Birthday 🎂 Brunch And vibe was cool oh so I thought... The service started out well but then Idk what happened food took 48mins to come out the kitchen and the staff didn't even check to see if everyone was served, I had to keep stopping different servers to check if my sisters food was ready .While I finish my meal and she is still waiting on hers.

Had the pleasure of eating at CZEN’s on a few occasions, for both lunch and early dinner. The decor and ambiance is Asian-centric with heavy Caribbean influences; just like its menu. The food was good. The drinks were fun. Service can definitely be improved.
Overall, if I’m on that side of town, I would pull up and support the establishment and their team. Check them out today!
