Service was very bad I was discriminated against because I went to use their bathroom after ordering my food and the workers immediately had a problem telling my friend that my skin would Dirty the bathroom and that I’m not allowed to use the bathroom I had to threaten to return the food if they continued to be unprofessional also the inside Of the restaurant smell Bad would Never eat their again

I have been going to D&P since I was 8 til now! I left Brooklyn years ago & I still come back when I’m in Brooklyn. It’s authentic & they are consistent. I recommend getting the stew peas or curry goat ( my grandparents love it) & my husband loves the fry chicken. Thanks for having one of the best to-go spots for decades! We will back this weekend :)

🔥 The food is really good with nice service. I ate the Fried Chicken with plain rice and oxtail gravy.... Delicious. I also had the Stew Chicken and a order of Jerk Chicken with Rice and gravy. All of this was $5 each YASSSSS $5!.... yuh can't beat it and di food nice. And mama weh ah cook real sweet lady 😋 Definitely going back 🖤💛💚
I tried the $5.00 fried chicken with rice and pea with pigeon pea and oxtail gravy and don't forget that slaw. The food was gggggoooodddd. I took two buses to get there but it was worth it. I will be going back for sure. Keep up the great work!!!!
