Long time customer who has purchased various goods for 30 years. I ordered 7 dried sausages along with other items, paid for my items to be shipped. The dried Alp sausages were hard, old and like a rock. Unable to be eaten. I am very disappointed in Louie and the entire staff, I have called the store to let them know about it.
