A small true Japanese simple ambiance but very high quality sushi.
Not a big menu but everything on it is delicious. We enjoyed our lunch and we highly recommend this place.

we split the 3-roll lunch combo (we should’ve gotten 2 rolls each) and everything was so delicious. you could see everything being prepared behind the counter, which was nice — the atmosphere overall was just perfect. prices were very fair too, especially given the quality. could not recommend this place more!!

Popped in for a quick bite and was very happy! Got the lunch special: 15$ for two rolls. They had an option for 3 rolls for 21$. With both you can pick edamame or soup. Service was soo quick! Food was delicious

Top notch sushi. Best I had in NY! Dropped by and totally love the quality and care. Reminds me of the sushi I had in Tokyo.

Genuinely surprised by the very high rating.

The atmosphere is very nice, place is nicely decorated and has good music.

The sushi however, was below mediocre. I had one California roll which was falling apart. Having warm rice sushi was also surprising. I also had some ikura, which itself was of decent quality. However, it was also falling apart, had warm rice.

Rice is the most important ingredients sushi. In this case it was wet, warm, slightly too sweet, with no hint of vinegar.

What an experience!!!! Favorite roll of the day was Botan Ebi, such an explosion of flavor! The scallop roll was also exquisite.

Went in and ordered the lunch special with 2 rolls plus edamame for just $15. I got the seared salmon and shrimp with crunch rolls and they were delicious, I would specially recommend the shrimp with crunch. The server was super nice and the atmosphere was relaxing, with a good music background. Would definitely recommend!

Upping this to a 5 - I think it’s the best sushi in park slope. At a reasonable price too, given the quality! The scallop, botan ebi w ume, and saba are my faves

We had a late lunch on a weekday before we headed to the airport. Food was delicious, staff was quick and friendly, and the space was comfortable. A great spot for a relaxing meal.

Perfect little spot. Had a craving and found this magical place. Spicy scallop handrolls were the highlight! So fresh and with delicious rice!

Cant knock the service at all, but I don't necessarily agree with some of the choices they make with their hand rolls. Some of them are good, but have one weird ingredient that throws off the overall flavor.
