every time when I place an order they always forget to forget to give the driver my drinks it happened eight times now, the one by Gateway Mall in Brooklyn I went inside there twice and told them they need to stop doing what they doing and change it, put the receipt together they separate the receipts and just give the people the food and not the drinks this is out of control SMFH..

I tried to call to place a order for pickup on the phone just like the automated voicemail says you can do when you call , the first time I call , I ask if I can place a order for pick up and the first worker rudely ignored me on the phone and said nothing as I can hear him maneuver around the phone . I hung up after constantly saying “ hello” and hearing nobody . The second time I called , A lady answered and off the hook she had attitude when I asked if I could place an order for pick up. She asked me how would I like to pay and when I mentioned I’ll pay for it at the store , she tells me I need to walk in with a very abrupt tone & literally hangs up on me before I can say anything else. Not only was that rude but it was ridiculous that I had to get that service from more than 1 worker . I’ll never spend another dime here at this establishment just for this service, as I could imagine and would hope that the service in the restaurant isn’t the same that i received on the phone .
