The wings are great when they get your order right. Sadly, usually they don't. Ordered 20 “extra wet, extra sauce” and got 20 bone dry wings with two little cups of sauce. And no dip doesn't mean no carrots! That said, wings are so good I keep subjecting myself to this.

Love this place. Food is delicious and service is always great (shout out to Paul who always has my order ready before I even walk up). I may go there too frequently but so worth it. Highly recommend!

The food is too much salty

I got a 3 piece chicken fingers with fries and a Coke. It cost 22$ and I ended up dumping most of the food, it was so disgusting. My boyfriend saw me pull the chicken out of the bag and asked “what am I looking at” because it looked so gross. Both the chicken and fries seemed to have been re-fried. The fries looked like just the scraps of what was in the fryer, none of them were over 1 inch long. Avoid.

The sweet bbq wings were good but the strawberry freeze stole the show! So good and the customer service was good as well.

Dan and John’s Wings gets a 3.5… The wings were crispy and fresh, but the fries weren’t great. Overall, a solid spot for a quick bite.

I spent 20$ on some of the most mid wings I ever tasted, I got the combo which came with fries 6 wings and a can soda. For 20$ at wing stop I can get 20 WHOLE WINGS and 2 LARGE FRIES with 3 sauces which taste 10 tines better at that. Don't go here unless you wanna waste your money!

I ordered through UberEats app at approximately 8:00pm on today January 01,2025 and I was tracking the delivery through UberEats the whole time and no one ever showed up and delivered it to the lobby as I put in the instructions. The UberEats app was showing that it was “ On the Way” for an whole hour and I was looking at my phone time and it was saying 9:30 pm, so I called the Dan And Job shop at this location and spoke to a guy and he said that it shows “ delivered” on his end. I then advised him that on my end, it stills show on the way. He then said that he will reach out to UberEats to get it resolved. At this very time, about 20 minutes ago, I checked the Ubereats app again and it says the order is completed. I then contacted Ubereats and they said that I will have to reach out to the restaurant because they did not successfully reach them. I am pissed off and plan on going to the restaurant tomorrow because this is coming off as a scam. I RECEIVED NOTHING and is pissed because it’s not resolved.

I always ordered here, my go to place, they only messed up my order once and they immediately apologized and gave me a free order. Everyone is so nice, it feels like family. The flavor in the bottom is always the best. The sauce is delicious and the wings is nice and tender.

The food is horrendous, glad we only ordered one portion, if any more, the experience would be unbearable, how are they even getting better than mediocre ratings? The service was outstanding, friendly, courteous, kind, like a group of boy scouts. But that’s where the difference between them ends.
Small portions, smaller taste, highest price point in NYC. the food hall location makes it easy to fall into the trap of what to get?, choose wisely. Best not choose Dan and John’s Wings. We chose poorly, live and die for it. Wish we could go back in time to undo the damage. But it wasn’t that kind of movie.

Terrible service. I waited over 20 mins for my order. I sat right next to the counter waiting. I just assumed they were busy as he was handing orders to others. Then people who came after me started getting their orders before me. I finally asked after waiting so long and he pulls out my order from a box. He didn’t even bother calling out the number or letting me know my order was ready. I was sitting RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. At the very minimum when an order is ready, announce the number……he didnt even do that! My order just sat there. I don’t care how the wings taste, the service was trash

Genuinely some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. The best way I can describe it is that they don't do anything special, but they do everything perfectly.

For the price the wings should be consistent. I have come here for the tater tots, buffalo wings and fries at times they are good and many times just ok. Eat it fresh don’t let it get cold.
