We were really excited to try this spot as it is very much what my partner and I seek out in a dining experience but overall very disappointed.
The space is beautiful and the food is interesting but the service is stuffy (border-lining on rude), lack of knowledge when asked questions and were promptly kicked out at exactly 2 hours - despite ordering a large amount, cocktails, a bottle of wine and multiple desserts….I would expect 2.5 hours minimum, especially at this price point. The entire meal was very rushed and the pacing was way off which compromised the entire evening.
If you live in the neighborhood it could be a nice option but certainly a disappointment to travel to. Far better options with kinder and more knowledgeable staff.

such a cute spot with fantastic food, everything my group ordered was delicious - the baked scallops were a favorite as well as the beef cheek ragu which was so velvety and rich but not too heavy. can’t wait to go back again

Walked in on a Saturday night and got a table for 2 at 9pm no problem. Really beautiful space with great drinks. The food was fantastic - especially the mushroom pappardelle and the fluke crudo. Great spot in the neighborhood for a special occasion dinner.

Our experience at Daphne's was great! The service and ambience was nice and the food was absolutely dynamite. Went with a party of six, so we tried nearly everything on the menu. Pricing & portions were appropriate and the plating was beautiful. Would definitely recommend as a top Italian restaurant to visit in NYC.

Tried a few dishes and drinks in this nice oasis in Bed Stuy Brooklyn. The atmosphere is great. Decent food and nice drinks, however the service could be better. After receiving our mains it was impossible to even get a water refill even though the place was not full. The staff is just not attentive after they take your order.
