When My Large Group of 12 Arrived We Were seated very Quickly We ordered Appetizers first and they came Quickly as well. We then ordered Our Entrees they Were Hot and Good, the only Problem with the Food/ Drinks was One Alcoholic Drink Was Forgotten and Never Came it was 30 minutes later when we were able to tell our server about it and he never offered any Compensation! Then about 2 hours into our Graduation Celebration Dave and Busters Lost POWER all TVs and AC went out No Announcement was Made and Games Shut Off in the middle of the Kids Playing Games and Again Not a Word from Management! Finally Limited AC came back and Big Screen TVs Were Off And On the Rest of our 4 hour STAY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Our server Jean made our experience wonderful. The hospitality to the wait time for food was amazing. We didn't wait long for our food and constantly checked on my daughter and myself. I will definitely bring my friends and family here to this location, as long as we get Jean again.

Never really thought I would be a regular at Dave & Busters but I am here to proudly say I am. I come for the great attentive service that Cairo offers. He’s an experienced bartender that provides prompt service and great drinks. Definitely told my friends and family about coming here as long as he’s working. I hope D&B knows a gem when they see one.
It was nice service but a bit slow. Half price games on New Year's. Clean and games worked well.

Didn’t even get to get the food. Traded in my tickets for the entree deal and they had me sitting at the bar for 20 minutes without even ordering yet… I had to walk out I have things to do… Good thing this coupon is good for a year otherwise I would have wasted my money and tickets

Went here for a birthday party, so i didn't really eat, but i did have a drink or 2 very good , the only thing i was waiting over 10 mins at the bar no one came i walked away and i ordered my drink with the hosts . A few games were out of service as well other that its pretty clean

I wish they had deal or no deal! Other than that I had a great time. Some machines were defective. The bowling game (family guy themed) doesn’t have a 1v1 option. Overall it needs more 1v1 games but it was nice.
