t was an okay experience overall. However, the waiter needed better grooming — his nails were extremely dirty, and his hair was out of place. His attitude was also a bit condescending. The drinks were too sugary for my taste. On the positive side, the manager was very nice and accommodating to me and my family. Despite some issues, I would return to this place.

Despite having no host or much direction when entering the space. Getting a table wasn't as difficult. My group entered at 3pm. Our server, OT, was excellent! He was motivated, made sure to write down our order correctly, and made sure everything was out efficiently. The drinks did take a bit longer to come out, but OT's enthusiasm made up for it. His attention to detail for our table and others was great to experience. He really made the space fun and enjoyable for the group of all ages.

The food is terrible and cold! The drinks don’t come in the correct glass and they clearly sit before being bought to the table..our drinks sat for so long our food came out first..they were not frozen at all..the service was just ok..

Don't go to the bar in this place unless its happy hour. I payed 18 and change for a margarita with a squirt of cheap Espolon tequila. Bartenders are super slow to respond to customers. When I wanted to cash out I had to get the attention of the manager just to pay my bill, dude dropped the check and never came back. They need to put the price of the drinks on the menu.

They're still having electrical issues. I didn't bother checking reviews before coming bc I usually drop by. Games don't really work 90 percent of the time and you can't check your card balance / reload. You can walk around Gateway. 🤷♀️
The gift shop people didn't know what was going on but security said they've been running on generators (electrical outage a week or two ago). Security said they might still be down for another week or two.

I drove 30 mins to get here cause it said open. When I got there I found out this location was closed due to power outage. My son was very upset. I do wanna know when it’ll be reopened?
Machines were well taken care of, all worked, and staff was respectful and patient with our large group.

I am leaving this here because I don’t see notice anywhere online that the store currently closed because of an electrical issue. This is what i was told on the phone by special events and also by the general line. The funny thing is Open Tables just asked me to confirm my table for tomorrow. Inform people so they don’t waste their time and energy!

Unprofessional , horrible service!! This is a place where the waiters act like you are bothering them.They have the worst attitude, at least the 3 of the staff that we interacted it with,one of them was supposedly a manager. If you don’t like people go work in the back or get a different job. Also waited over 30 minutes for a fountain drink, over 45 minutes for a single order of chicken wings. The bartender doesn’t know how to make drinks and they tasted horrible. Nothing like it was described on the menu or the picture. The food tasted ok but it seems at least this location or this particular night the staff was not what Dave and Buster’s represents. Go at your own risk.
