We came on a Sun late afternoon and to say that the location was packed is an understatement! Lots of youngish kids, which is fine, but they were bordering obnoxious (running thru, play fighting, etc) But the real issue was that the wait for our party of 6 to be seated was horrendous. We were told 15 min, but it wound up being well over 40. Server was super pleasant, but took a long time to take our order and kept forgetting things. Also food kept coming to our table in error because apparently the table # are not "set" so runners were getting confused. Might try again during the week to see if experience is any different, otherwise its a no thanks for me.

Last Friday me and my family went to Dave & Buster's to eat. Our waiter was TRE. He was amazing, fast, and phenomenal.Everything that we ordered came out on time and exactly how we wanted it.He listened very carefully and was very respectful. He always came back to check on us at the table, and our drinks was amazing soo good. Food was 10/10 ? ,Drinks was 10/10 ?. If you decide to go to Dave and Buster's at gateway center, Please recommend TRE.

Everything was great except for the part where I had to get a physical card in order to use my gift cards which wasn’t a problem until they “transferred” my tickets from the digital card on my phone to the physical card. However when I told the manager the tickets didn’t transfer his response was “you must think I’m a sucker “?? Totally rude and uncalled for . I’m pretty sure they could have double checked the physical card they made me get and seen that it never transferred. My son lost close to 2,000 tickets and gained a headache trying to explain to him why he can’t get the prize he was going for because his tickets disappeared

We weren't seated until 6pm when the reservation was for 5:15. No one walked us over to the area to be seated, a young lady pointed and said your table is over there. Got to the table and the table was dirty. Made the reservation for 20 and we didn't have 20 chairs. The server was great, didn't catch his name.

I was there on 01/26/24, stopped by because I needed to kill some time before I went over to my brothers pad. When I arrived Chris(don’t really think he gave me his real name) the security guard didn’t even acknowledge me walking in, he was to busy scrolling through instagram, I sat down at the bar and these two kind lady’s greeted me and provided a menu. Food was ok I ordered some boneless Nashville chicken wings with fries and a sprite. I had two heavy bags because I was gonna stay with my brother for a week, so I decided to ask one if the managers if I could get some help storing them somewhere while I enjoyed my food… Justin the manger on duty that day provided excellent service and well as wonderful hospitality for my luggage. With out a doubt most of the employees there are wonderful because I decided to play a few games after I ate. Overall a good place would have gotten 5 stars if their security wasn’t so lazy and snobby, when I went to retrieve my bags, I approached Chris letting him know I was leaving and if he could please get me my luggage, he said “what!” I repeated my self to which he responded “you can get your bags yourself” so I went into the closet and grabbed them from the top of what seemed to be a dressing rack. So his attitude was very disgusting and I honestly don’t know where it came from but besides that I had a decent time.

I feel like they are very, very under staffed when it comes to the arcade part. I love D&B. You can't go wrong. When walking around looking for help, it is almost impossible to find someone who will actually help you out. Even when you go to the prize section.
