The service in the food area is generally great, with friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is good, featuring a large food area and plenty of games to enjoy. Customers can enjoy their meals and drinks while having fun with their children. The location is clean and comfortable, making customers feel safe with the presence of security guards.

The venue has lots of games and is located on the third floor of the Atlantic Mall, with a subway connecting it from Manhattan or Brooklyn. The restaurant offers a good selection of excellent drinks at the bar. Many customers describe it as a wonderful place, much better than the Times Square location, with an amazing arcade and decent vegetarian options. Games are affordable, particularly on Wednesday nights when they are half-off. However, more than half of the games in the arcade were out of service.

While servers can be fantastic and go above and beyond, there have been concerns about the managers not providing enough support during busy times, which can lead to long waits for checks or drinks. Some recent visits highlighted exceptional service, with hosts and waitstaff going out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and taken care of, even addressing issues promptly. Overall, the atmosphere and service at this location are exceptional, making it a great spot for celebrations, such as birthdays, and enjoyable experiences.
