Drinks are nice and games are fun but the waiting time to just to order your food and how long to wait for it it’s ridiculous it’s like this every time I went 5 times in the past 3 weeks it went the same way when it comes to waiting for food then when you receive it it’s also cold wait almost an hour for cold food that’s not right

Amazing service at Dave & Buster’s! The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our server Justin was fantastic, and John was walking around checking in on everyone and making great conversation. Truly a great experience—will definitely be back!

A lot of the machines were broken and do not stay until closing. I came and brought family to celebrate a birthday and bought unlimited cards. 5 minutes before closing in the middle of playing games they shut off all the machines on a Friday night.

Food: My guests seemed to enjoy the food on the Eat and Play menu. The minimum for Eat and Play was about $23, not $20 by the way. I wasn't too surprised by the price since most things cost more in NYC. It looks and smelled delicious. Unfortunately, I was under the weather and wasn't up to having any. Fountain drinks have free refills.
Cleanliness: The venue looked clean enough except for the bathrooms that looked dirtier and dirtier every time I visited. One kid reported disgusting conditions in the men's room. They restrooms really should be cleaned more frequently.
Staff: The people at the door had weird energy when I first arrived. I am not sure if they were confused, but I had reserved a table and was on time. Not sure what there was to be confused about. I didn't like the booth I was given. In the future, I would decline a booth for a large party. If you have a chair, you can put your coats behind it. Chairs make it easier to have your order taken and be given your food too. My server and everyone else I encountered after arrival were courteous and professional.
Do your own math: I was annoyed by the lack of transparency in the way they calculated the tip. My word of advice is do your own calculations on the total. My bill curiously had no percentage next to the automatic (but apparently not mandatory) tip. The tip that was automatically put in was more than the 20 percent that it should have been. If the calculation on your bill is wrong, ask your server to fix it. I was told if I had an issue with the automatic tip that was put in that the server would take it off.
My son and his guests had a good time. I saw the human crane experience and inquired about it. My son was off doing something else, so he didn't wind up doing it.

Security at the door is crazy but asking me for ID (i'm 24 years old) upon entry is even crazier. A little less than half of the games don't work, it either takes your chips or you just can't use it.
