The food and the waiters were good but more than half of the games in the arcade were out of service. I loaded up a card for my daughter to play a bunch of games then she couldn’t play most of the games she actually usually likes to play. Would’ve gone to another location if I knew that would be the case

Not good ...Tuesday night and it's not busy at all ...asked for a Guinness... took about 20 minutes to get to me... would expect it took long because they were pouring it ...nope, I got a can ...waitress legit just standing there, went to the bathroom, bartender looks bored ...food was typical for a place like this ...change of staff or training will do wonders for this place

This is rhe second time i came here and my service was not ok first time there were no servers to serve me they took long second time i went was the same thing there were no silverware on rhe table i had to ask for it very disappointed in yall service please do better

Our server Omar was FANTASTIC and he went above and beyond to help our guest celebrate her birthday. But it was apparent that the managers are leaving their entire staff out to dry during service by not providing any support for the servers to do their job. We had to wait a very long time for our check and there were 4 people at the host stand just talking amongst themselves and 2 managers who made eye contact but didn’t come by to help us or help their servers get through the large parties that were there because it was a Saturday early evening. It would’ve been a great experience if we had been able to see our server do his job with the support of the rest of the staff.
It is what it is and it's great if you're down with that. Decent beer for a beer snob and staff was awesome. No vegan options. Not dissing on that with stars...just saying... Full disclosure I was there for a kid bday party! My kids can't wait to go back! 🤷🏻♀️
