Amazing! We had a fantastic experience celebrating our daughter's birthday at Dave and Buster's from start to finish. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, the security guards greeted us warmly, setting a positive tone for the eveningAaliyah, the Coordinator and Otis, the Manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Throughout the event, our daughter and her friends were immersed in a world of fun, playing games and enjoying delicious food. It was truly a memorable celebration thanks to the amazing staff.Thank you to the entire team for making our daughter's birthday incredibly memorable!! We would highly recommend this place (Brooklyn, Atlantic Terminal).P.S. Do not believe all the reviews. It's always best to experience things for yourself and form your own opinion.

I never experienced Dave & Buster’s till this outing. Seating was quick and easy. Nice menu with all the normal foods. We got fish and chips, Salmon (served over rice), Chicken wings, cheese burger and nachos.They have a great variety of games to play. You have to load a playing card so you can play the games. You also earn points so you can transfer for prizes. This was quite fun.We only had one bad experience with the food that was quickly fixed by the manager named Patrick. He was a great guy and very understanding. He corrected the issue and made this outing a very amazing one. Planning to go back soon.Kid-friendliness: Tons of games and kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Elevators will bring you to the floor.

I frequent this Dave and buster because of the convenient location despite several broken machines. I dined here for the first time 3/24… never again! The fries were soggy and came out super fast. Not fresh obviously at that speed. The drinks was weak and look nothing like the juicy drinks pictured on the menu. The stuffed churros caramel tasted like pancake syrup and the dips provided were so minimal I had to notify my server. Ohhhhh but wait he was a piece of work!First thing I noticed was his body odor as he sat us on a dirty table with no condiments or silverware. I caught a whiff anytime I had to beg for things. I had to ask for lemons and silverware multiple times and it was forgotten multiple times. I finally received when I asked another server. In the end I tipped but then the server hassled us and guilted us for giving a “custom tip”.They can hire me for management because they are neglecting the arcade with broken games and a dirty atmosphere. Better food and service will set this up got a guaranteed good time.

Game selection isn’t all that good . Staff works with both headphones in they ears as in both the ears with headphones and eeeeewww the bathrooms are filthy some of the stalls don’t even have locks to close the doors . Can’t be that hard to maintain the cleanliness of a bathroom especially when I’m pretty sure that’s part of someone’s job description

Food was ok, so were the games. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The girls at bar act like they are doing you a favor by making you a drink, they will see you waiting and not speak to you. We ended up just walking away without ordering anything.

Arcade: mostly decent games with reasonable ticket wins. I was about to get a small stuffed animal. There were a lot of kids running around without parental involvement so that was a little annoying but overall a fun experience.Food: As an appetizer I ordered the chips and queso.(not pictured). It was enough for me and a friend to share together. For the main entree I ordered the voodoo pasta. It was delicious and creamy and a little spicy 10/10. My friend ordered the pepperoni pizza. You can’t go wrong with pizza it was delicious. (We had no drinks just water). The food did take about 40 minutes, but we were comped the voodoo pasta so I assume that is not the usual wait time. Our server was lovely and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal.
