It would be fair to at least SET EXPECTATIONS before ordering that order of simple chicken bites will take over 20 minutes! For a fast food chain this is absolutely unacceptable! Girl Salina complained its only two people working during rush hour and showed extremely rude behavior towards me and my child. Corporate must take action!

Placed my order for pick up 40 minutes before I got there and come to find out there is only 1 guy working going back and forth from the register and the back. This is an absolute joke and not the first time it’s happened to me. Then had to wait another 30 minutes to get it after I got there.This location is a disaster and needs to be managed better.

No cause why did I place an order in advance at 12:08 and recieve it at 12:30 when there’s only 2 mobile orders at the store and only one counter and one cook working??? On December 24. I only just order 10 bites

For the people who are from Bangladesh, try all spice level without the reaper and you are all good. If you challenge yourself for the reaper then prepare a gallon of milk, cookies, chocolate and some cold fruits. (Speaking from experience 🥹😭)
