we just stopped by the Wake Forest location! London was our cashier, and she was so friendly!!! she was smiling as soon as we walked in! Will definitely come back!

Chattanooga, TN location: All tables were dirty. I had to ask someone to clean a table and then asked for an additional wipe to clean the greasy sticky chairs. I didn’t look around until we’d already ordered. Also, they weren’t that busy. Went to the counter to get napkins and they were out. Asked for napkins, but all they had were the plastic tableware kits. Ordered 3 bottled waters, but they hadn’t been refrigerated. The chicken was actually pretty good, but the milkshake was runny and chunky. Didn’t complain at the restaurant because I already decided I wouldn’t be back after seeing how dirty it was. Went to throw our trash away and the trash was so full that it was accumulating on top of the trash disposal. It was only 12pm when I was there, so I think the trash was left from the night before. Needs new management. VERY disappointed!

It was our first time eating at Dave’s Hot Chicken. We ate at the Florence KY location. The food was good and the service was good!
Came here at 1:25am and was told the grill is closed. Hours say they close at 2am.

Very disappointed, I arrived at 1:21am when they close at 2am and was told the grill was closed. Why say your open until 2 if you can’t serve food ? I’m pretty sure the staff was just lazy and wanted to spend the rest of the time cleaning up but I’m a paying customer. Will not be coming back.

We had a couple of employees with birthdays this week that wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We placed an online order for 14 people at the Palm Beach Lakes location and picked up the order. Got back to the office to find they accidentally shorted us 4 orders. No big deal. We called to square up with them and they told us we were wrong and there was no way they made a mistake. Actually hung up on us when we called to discuss. Nothing like providing superior customer service to insure repeat customers. Guess we will continue do our work Birthday lunches elsewhere, perhaps Raising Canes!

Perfectly cooked chicken. Not a fan of their dry seasoning. Does not matter the heat level, tastes awful. However get it plain then douse it with your favorite hot sauce and it’s great.
1 star on the atmosphere. Their morning garbage has ruined the sidewalk into an oil pit. No one is ever outside before they open degreasing this mess. Make an effort to keep the neighborhood beautiful.
