Delicious!! Came for the hot chocolate with freshly toasted homemade marshmallows and am officially obsessed. The hot chocolate is rich and cocoa-forward, and the marshmallow is truly to die for. Everyone who works here has been an absolute gem.
I’ve been back several times since and tried the gooey homemade brownie and the in-house Oreo Rice Krispie treat, both amazing. Can’t wait to try the ice cream this summer! 🍦

Tried to go here twice , both on days when they said they were open and both times they weren’t open when the store hours said they would be …. A complete waste of time ! What’s the point of having hours posted if you don’t abide by them …

Delicious hot chocolate. Thick and rich but drinkable, the fluffy torched marshmallow on top was amazing on its own and a perfect creamy blend with the hot chocolate.

I showed up at Davey’s in Greenpoint at 10:04 pm last night because Google Maps clearly says they close at 11 pm. Doors were still unlocked, lights completely on, and the staff was inside sweeping.
I asked what time they close, since it says 11 pm online, and one of the employees just said, “We close at 10 now.” No apology, no explanation, nothing. I then asked if I could at least grab something already made from the freezer, since everything was right there and the register iPad was still on. They flat out said no “because they’re closed.”
We are talking about less than a minute to ring up a pint or a bar that is already prepared. Instead of taking care of a customer who showed up based on the hours they advertise, they chose to stick to “we are closed” and ignore the fact that their listing is wrong and that I made the trip for nothing.
For an ice cream shop in a neighborhood with plenty of other options, this kind of customer service is awful. If they cannot bother to honor their posted hours or show the slightest bit of flexibility or basic courtesy, I am not interested in going back to an establishment that is literally 3 minutes from my home.
