We cannot overstate how much we recommend De Mole. A few months ago, we visited the restaurant for dinner and were blown away by the exceptional quality of the food, drinks, ambiance, and—most importantly—the warmth and professionalism of the chefs, manager, and staff. It felt like we were enjoying an amazing dinner with lifelong friends.
That experience left such a lasting impression on us that, when it came time to plan a 40-person engagement party, we knew exactly where to go: De Mole. Over the course of a month, we worked closely with Chef Ruth and Alex to design the perfect celebration, from the menu to the drinks to the overall atmosphere. De Mole is not like a typical event venue where you’re given a set menu with a “take it or leave it” attitude. From the very beginning, De Mole made the entire experience about us.
We collaborated on every detail, relying on their team’s wealth of experience to create an unforgettable evening. During the event, the staff greeted each of our guests with genuine warmth, offering them a drink of their choice as soon as they arrived. As the meal began, the team made it a point to check in with each guest, ensuring everyone had exactly what they needed—whether it was more food, a different drink, or adjustments for specific preferences. There was never a moment where asking for more felt like a burden, and the quality of the food and service seemed to keep getting better as the evening went on.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the party, with many asking where we had found such an incredible venue and how we discovered De Mole. We couldn’t be happier to have celebrated our engagement here and are confident that many of our guests will now become lifelong customers.

I loved Lauren! She was our server for bottomless brunch and she was very sweet, welcoming and matched our vibe perfectly.
There was never a rush with food, only matching vibes (aka, they read if we wanted more food or not, very easily and very laid back). The service was lovely as was the food.
Everything was delicious and well worth the price! The idea of tapas as an all you can eat for brunch is genius— we weren’t too stuffed and always had time for a break in between. The drinks were flowing and so was the energy!
10/10 would recommend. Make sure you reserve! They fill up quickly.

One of my favorite Mexican spots in New York! In addition to the usual entrees and appetizers, they have a pre fixe menu that is an amazing deal for the quantity and variety of food you get. I've had the lamb chops, the ceviche, chicken, coconut flan, and lobster enchiladas. All were really good.

15 of my friends and I visited De Mole Williamsburg for bottomless brunch to celebrate a birthday and the team exceeded our expectations! Alex, Chef Ruth, and our servers were so attentive, friendly, and phenomenal. We truly had the BEST time and Alex made sure of it every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this place. The value was fantastic, the food delicious, the drinks/cocktails delish, but it is the wonderful staff that will keep us coming back. It felt like everyone was family and they all really enjoy what they do. Cannot recommend enough especially for a group celebration!

By far the most excellent brunch service and vibe you will find in BK (possibly in the city as far as Mexican brunches). The all you can eat is the real deal, basically they take you through courses of all there great brunch dishes. Really filling!! so you get a bang for your buck. Same goes for the drink options, they can creep up on you but best of all this place does not hold back so you can keep on ordering and it comes quick. Truly loved the service from start to finish! Highly recommend for large groups.

Wish I could rate the service (specifically Alex) 10 stars! Came here on a Friday night with a large party (12+) for a friends birthday and Alex and the other waitstaff were absolutely incredible. We did family style, with a variety of apps and entrees consistently coming out as we finished the prior. All food was delicious, served at the appropriate temperatures, and they had no issue bringing out some extra things of items we liked. It made the drive from LI into Brooklyn even more worth it! Truly a great experience, can't recommend de Mole more!

Hmmm, the host was absolutely fabulous and super kind. His drink recommendations were amazing.
That being said my experience at the restaurant was unideal — - Wait time after being seated to receive menus was about ~15 minutes; we had to get up and ask them to provide us with menus then wait 5 minutes before actually receiving them (the rest was empty at this time) - we ordered a couple of plates which result in 30 minute wait times between dinner (yes, we’ve been here for 2.5 hours)
