Food is great and affordable, atmosphere is not bad, a bit plain, but nothing wrong with it. As for service, the issue is the wait time. I first ordered on Uber and it took about 45m which I didn’t mind. But when I went in person I ordered 3 sandwiches and ended up waiting about an hour to receive the order.

The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.Atmosphere: Bright, spacious, and clean for the most part. The menu is not so clear. They have part of the menu outside. Their drinks menu are in the center of the restaurant. You have to check their entire menu, which is located by the cashier. They also have other food on the sideboard.Service: The young ladies taking the orders are actually welcoming. One has more experience than the other one. However, orders do take a long time to be made. They either need more staff at the kitchen area, or they really need to be more organized. There were some people before me who I thought were finishing eating, but they were waiting for their orders as well. It took them almost 20 minutes for them to make my sandwich. I suggest you order with anticipation.Food: Honestly, food is okay. Nothing exciting. I ordered The Works sandwich and a green smoothie. The bacon had a weird hard texture, not even crispy. My smoothie still had chunks of banana. I mean, it is just a smoothie, and they still couldn't get it right.Price: Prices are not a problem when quality and flavors are at the same level or beyond. In this case, I'll say that quality and flavors are below their price bar.

Nice establishment. Decent food. Horrible staff. Horrendous wait times!!! 5 people to pour juice and another 5 to put it in a bag. 45 minute wait for anything and everything. Not worth it.

I have to admit Cypress hills was missing a Deli like this! I stopped by randomly with my husband and son for lunch. We ordered a Cuban quesadilla, breakfast omelette and a lunch special of (rice, beans, bbq ribs) and it was all amazing!!!!The food quality was beyond our expectations, the Cuban quesadilla is a must try and it comes with a garlic dipping sauce which compliments the quesadilla. The lunch special is well priced starting at $8.00 with a feee bottle of water or can of soda. The beans did it for me as a native Dominican I am extrémala judge mental when it comes to beans and these were it! The ribs we literally falling off the bone with the right amount of BBQ sauce. The omelette, as per my husband was bomb! Can’t wait to come back!
