The best tamales in NYC! The verde tamales are spicy and so flavorful, as well as the mole. I love love love coming here and buying 10-12 for the week because they keep so well and are truly the best tamales I’ve found in NYC so far, and I’ve visited many other carts!! Get there early though on weekends because she sells out of the verde quickly!

Cash only outdoor food stall run by 2 ladies. Very affordable. The chicken mole tamale was super tasty. They have a variety of tamales, empanadas, and drinks like Dominican avena caliente and Mexican champurrado. Will be returning to try more! No seating but easy to take your treats across the street to the park.
