If you like social arenas Der Pioneer is the spot . Classic cafe meals nothing fancy not recommended for interviews or business meetings. Great family ambiance, before adventures . Small studying refresher before a big exam . I recommend Der Pioneer for quick breakfast and brunch delicacy
I can't say I've figured out why a bakery/coffee shop of this quality is in Kensington, but I love that it is. Pastries are consistently top notch, and where else can you find caneles?
The biggest perk about this place for me is that the laptop free for the most part of when they are open. So anyone who's trying to do some work on a computer usually steers clear of this place, leaving the atmosphere for individuals who just want to enjoy a book, conversation, or other things than...well, just that!
