A coffee shop with a hip and cozy atmosphere that I regret having eaten as takeout. It's a pity that the price is a little high.

I visited on New Year’s Eve and found the female member of staff abrupt and rude.

They kicked my dog out for stupid reason - he briefly pawed up the counter along the waiting line cause someone was saying hi. No barking, nothing. Corrected his action right away within 1-2secs. Barista dude got sassy & told us we can't have him inside.
They got dog water bowl outside mind you so I thought they'd be dog friendly.
I live in the building. Never going here again after this incident. Not cause the coffee is bad (it's drinkable, not like Arabica of course), and good atmosphere & setting to chill. Just didn't like the barista vibe. Got a bad taste in my mouth ever since

Overall good stuff. But the barista (dude with a yankee cap) called me buddy in a condescending way. I used to come twice a week. No more.

Devoción is great, love them all but you need new staff at this location. Specifically the women who worked Dec 14th shift, not a good experience or customer service.

Very gorgeous and great drink menu. Definitely missing a great business opportunity not offering any vegan food options though (the non-vegan food looks beautiful and I wish I could participate!)

The venue is in a nice area of Brooklyn and is well decorated. The service was friendly and helpful. What we ordered satisfied, almost completely, everyone. The price is average for the area.

Ambiance and neighborhood is great, but the service and baristas need some work. I have been here on multiple occasions as I used to get whole beans from here, but the baristas seemed to be distracted while doing my speciality drip/Pourover which is pricey for what it is. The process of blooming the grounds during a pourover takes focus, and if not done correctly, affects the outcome of the taste and quality. Barista was distracted during this process and took too long between pours.

Main thing going for them is the location. Coffee is alright. I like the atmosphere. I came on Sunday, it was quite busy, long line for coffee and barely any sitting space. I asked what sizes the cortado was told “it’s literally in the name, it only comes in one size “. I came to get come some work done with a friend, only to find out their WiFi is not open to public on weekends, which was definitely a first. Regardless, it seems it works for them since the place was busy, but wish I had known before purchasing a coffee to stay. The coffee was good (3.5/5)

I stopped by for coffee, planning to get some work done, but after ordering my coffee and pastry, I found out they don’t offer WiFi on the weekends. So, I had to head down the block to Beepublic instead. Overall disappointing 👎🏾
