Chris at devoción is the best! Love the coffee but also the service! The new location looks great! The mirrors makes the space feel larger and I can’t wait to take a coffee class in the front room! So cool! Thank you chris for the coffee and tea!

I used to love this place. I was okay to drive 40 min to work out from here. The new location is meh - c'mon guys, you have no money to heat up your own coffee shop? People are in jackets. This new wifi code is just idiotic... the spot is much smaller and feels jammed... sad how such a cool spot could lose its charm.

Have been here many times and have always enjoyed the coffee here but had a weird interaction with a barista recently. It was not a particularly busy morning contrary to how it typically is. After ordering my drink I waited by the island and heard my name called shortly (there was no one else waiting). I walked over to pick up my drink, but the barista put down an empty cup. He then made eye contact and proceeded to hold his gaze for an uncomfortably long period. Then he poured the milk into the cup roughly - no attempt at a design or to pour delicately, just plopped it right in. Really not sure what was going on…

I love the new spot!! I was so worried when I heard Devoción was moving their flagship, but delighted to find out that the new location is just down the street and also exactly the same inside LOL. Everything here slaps, but today I got the mocha w pistachio milk to-go. Love it here immensely, thank you for your beautiful work!

I love coming to Devoción Coffee it’s one of my favorite spots in Williamsburg. McKenna is always my server and she makes the perfect latte not too milky, just right! The coffee has that amazing rich, slightly smoky flavor that pairs so well with oat milk. The space itself is beautiful and relaxing perfect for working, reading, or just sitting down to chill. Highly recommend!

Devoción has moved! Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had with them.
I usually stop by Devoción whenever I’m near Domino Park, and I’ve always appreciated their coffee and brewery. I was actually excited about the new location and even brought my friends with me in a good mood.
I understand it was raining yesterday and the café was packed, but that should never be an excuse for being rude to customers.
1. When I placed my order at the counter, the staff almost throwing the receipt at me.
2. I ordered a mocha latte instead-they told me they don't have matcha, but what I received looked and tasted like a plain latte. When I asked if it was actually a mocha, I was told
“Yes, that’s mocha.”
it wasn’t, I brought the paper receipt and asked again and the same staff to squeeze chocolate syrup into my cup right in front of me and say, “It’s mocha.”
This kind of service is unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful.
Overall, coffee was good and I’ve always enjoyed Devoción, but after this experience, I won’t be returning—nor will I be recommending the new location to anyone. I feel so sorry to my friends.

I stopped by this café on a Saturday afternoon to meet two friends, and the place was absolutely buzzing. Even around 4:30–5 p.m., it was packed with people, which says a lot about how popular it is. They close around 6, so we only had about an hour and a half to hang out, but the vibe inside was lively, modern, and fun.
I ordered an iced mocha, and it turned out to be one of the best mochas I’ve had in a long time — perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. They also had a great selection of baked goods, though we didn’t get a chance to try any this time.
Overall, it’s a super cool spot with great energy and even better coffee. Definitely worth a visit if you love good coffee and a lively café atmosphere.

Average coffee. Watery over heated oatmilk, weak foam, flat tasteless roast. Would have taken it back if I wasn't in a rush.

The line was long, but the coffee and croissants were worth the wait. The coffee was delicious and highly recommended. The customer service was exceptional and the line moved fairly quick. Although moving from this location, we will look for them wherever they move to.
