This pie did not disappoint. Greeted right when we entered the shop and asked if we had any questions. Easy access to the menu through a QR code. We went with a traditional cheese pie and were quoted 20 minutes as it’s a fresh made to order pie and had a moderate amount of orders ahead of us. Pie was ready as quoted and man oh man did it deliver a flavor bomb upon the first bite. It didn’t burn my mouth but was definitely hot and delicious. The crust was absolute perfection....
Believe the hype. This is the best pizza you will ever have. No joke. The sauce is fantastic. The dough is good. And the cheese tastes perfect in the mix. When they cut up fresh basil on top, oh boy. I really enjoyed both the regular and Sicilian. The pepperoni was delicious also. Plan to wait unless you get there when they open. But trust me, it is worth it
We finally made it here after hearing about it from social media. We ordered a regular pie and a square pie. The round pie was well done and the crust was very very crispy/crunchy to the point where I did not find it enjoyable. My husband really enjoyed it though, so I guess it is just a matter of preference. The sicilian pie, on the other hand, was fantastic ?. The sauce, cheese and basil were all in the right proportion to each other and the crust just right. I am glad...
