Nice little Dippin Dots location! It's exactly what you would expect as far as Dippin Dots goes. They also have fresh popcorn!

This has been the fourth time I've walked over to them being closed. They don't keep up with the set hours. This time at least the sign on the outside said closed. Last time the lights were on and sign said open so I walked around the block thinking maybe someone was in the bathroom or something but 20 minutes later still closed. Very frustrating! Luckily it's a short walk.
