Everything was spectacular. We got the Disco Fries with caviar and they were phenomenal. Got the chicken bites and fries for my kids, they are super picky and rarely eat but they wolfed them down. The chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing. Crazy surprise was the burger. You wouldn’t expect a chicken spot to have a burger this incredible. Hands down the best burger I have had in Brooklyn and I have had pretty much every hyped burger you could name. I can’t speak highly enough of this place!

The fries are not good and very expensive for a TINY portion. The chicken sandwiches were fine, but should include fries at those prices (or be a larger portion.) We both looked at the bill and said “did we just get scammed?” Place has potential with the vibe and service, but the food does not live up to the price

The fried chicken here sets the bar so high, it kind of ruins all others. I’ve tried both the chicken bites and the sandwich, and they’re both perfectly crispy and delicious. Bonus points for the champagne pairing.

Pretty solid spot overall. The smash burger was nicely done — crispy edges, juicy patty, and good flavor without being too heavy. The chicken sandwich was also a nice surprise; tender, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely better than most and worth a try if you’re nearby.

Disco Birdies is a place that is confident in just the handful of items that they serve: chicken, burgers, fries, and champagne. I definitely was interested that they were serving this type of menu so I had to try it. The vibes are 10/10 with a dark atmosphere that exudes elegance, and the service is patient, attentive and kind.
When it came to the food however, which was 2 burgers, 2 50/50s and a disco fries, we were left asking for more. While the burgers were insanely good (I was impressed by the quality and sauce), I did feel I could have gotten this elsewhere. And while the fries had been spoken of highly, I felt that the fries clearly were from a frozen $1 bag, and the price tag of $35 dollars made me want a hand cut fry with way more love, as they tasted old. Sure - it had caviar, but please give me more to convince me!
I appreciate the concept, love the idea of it all - but the prices were not what I expected. If you wanted a burger and fries it was 22-23 dollars. This is fine - sure, but I need the fries to blow me away to convince me and they did not do this. I would come back for the burger and probably the chicken (did not try) and nothing else.

If you have the bravado to only do a couple of things, they better be done with a high execution and confidence.
I think Disco Birdies delivers and does not disappoint. The crispy crackle of the fry on the chicken was perfect. The juicy tenderness of the chicken melted when eating. The dipping sauce was perfect - dare I say I almost wanted a blue cheese sauce as an option too. Maybe hot sauce on the side?
Paired with a chilly glass of sparkling wine on a hot night. Could you ask for a better way to sit back and savor the summer?
One side note is I wish the chicken had a little more seasoning on it - salt? a lovely savory poultry combo? It’s a minor edit or update. It more importantly is a great fried chicken spot in the heart of Brooklyn. I’ll be back for sure.

I don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from (maybe bots?) but my objective experience was definitely AVOID! Got the fired chicken bites which were a tiny portion for $24, their champagne glasses were teeny tiny. Paid same price to sit on the sidewalk on cheap, uncomfortable metal folding chairs at tiny round metal tables, as one would pay to sit inside an actual restaurant with ample comfortable seating and a real menu in a better neighborhood. 1 tiny banquette to sit on inside, and 5 rickety metal patio tables on the sidewalk. Chicken wasn't even that good, it was breaded like fried fish which was strange. And the fries were NOT GOOD. All I can say is this place is a scam. Don't waste your time or money going here.

OMG.... I live in the neighborhood and decided to finally visit last night. I was craving a burger and it beyond satisfied my craving. One of the best burgers I've had in a very long time.
Juicy, succulent waygu... and a pillow bun with cheese engulfing the burger line a volcano erupting. I couldn't stop talking to my partner about how good it was. I also got fries and a glass of wine. Fries perfect and wine delicious.
My only con: $17 for a miniature glass of wine that was filled half way is kinda steep. The glass should be bigger or more poured into the small small glass.
Service: Friendly and fast!!! Like for real lol. Very nice gentleman and great cooks.
Atmosphere: Relaxing and classy!!! Not much seating but enough.
Overall, will be back weekly and often. Best food on the block for sure!!!
